Talaudyong is 6/7 km after Nagtabon beach. The road is being cemented. Its quite nice to ride a motor bike until there. Its a fisherman village. You can buy your fish directly from the boats. The water is clear and calm. And the beach is a long stretch. Another perfect day to live the first day of your new life...

I had an opportunity to visit Taludyong Beach specifically Commodore beach. A cemented road is nearing completion. So it would an easier travel from the city center give or take 45minutes. We saw some non-locals just using motorcycles with their gears packed on their backs.

We have packed ourselves a jetsk i(thanks to my sister and brother in law) but unfortunately there was a storm coming so there was some strong waves but the beach is usually calm. We will back for it definitely.

This place is not easily to visit specially if you don’t have car or motor bike but yeah it’s prefect place visit and worth to go here
Less crowded and the beach is pristine and the sand is white & fine.

Don’t forget bring food and drinks.
A full charge of phone and camera.
And sunglasses and sunscreen.

fantastic beautiful beach, much nicer and more relaxed than Nagtabon beach, only local people around, great place to spend a day, not to be missed

Talaudyong beach is a very long, sandy but under developed beach resort area full of drug dealers, empty glass bottles and trash. However, over the last six months of my travels there (to catch a banka to another resort), there are impressive improvements:
The once, nearly undercarriage damaging path to the resort is now beautifully paved in cement, and dozens of shaded kubos have been built for the many family get togethers that come to visit. I’ve even witnessed them pursuing and appreciating one of the drug dealers.
If the Barangay officials manage the area properly, I can see future tourism buisinesses desiring to add stores, restaurants, gas stations, and hotels making it the next “HOT SPOT” of the Philippines.
But they first need to clean up the beach, install power lines, phone and internet service, and market the hidden beauty of Talaudyong.

When i say it is the best beach near the city it is actually almost 40 kms away and there is no public transport so you have to rent a motorbike to get there. The beach is sandy and it is one of the few beaches on the west coast where there is no rip current. As you enter the small community there are a few bungalows that you can rent for the day or overnight stays. Bring your own food or you might be lucky to buy fish from the fishermen. Only a couple of sarisari stores here for basic necessities.

About 40 kms from town and you will find one of the best beaches on the island but unfortunately you will have to rent a motorbike to get here as there is no public transport. The place is not yet developed but there are some bungalows in the fishing village that can be rented for the day or overnight.

Such a gorgeous beach, if only there were more facilities there, I.e places to eat and drink, however very much worth the 1 hour trip from Puerto Princesa via our scooter. Also a great location for sunset.
