Beautiful spot, try to get there early. Clear water with variety of fish outside. Once inside very pretty with towering rocks and warm water. You need to go through the gap to really experience the magic.
We were very lucky when we went here as there was nobody else at the lagoon save for us. It is a beautiful place to visit. They snorkelling in the lagoon is not great but surrounding the lagoon is amazing. Make sure you have some...More
The water is not clear, can't see anything even when snorkling. Have to rent a kayak to get in IF you are not snorkling. Outside where the boat anchors is nice for swimming, jumping off your boat and snorkling.
This is my first time visiting lagoon and doing kayaking at the same time. The atmosphere is so calm compared the wavy sea out there. The only downside is that we could only stay there for 30 mins. Would love to visit there one more...More

I don’t know about going to the lagoons only, but don’t worry, it can’t be sold out! There hundreds of tour agencies in El Nido and you can book any tour you like a day before. You just need to go to one of them... More

We stayed at the MaryGold Beachfront Inn. The staff arranged for our private outrigger island hopping tour. The outriggers were waiting for passengers right in front of the MaryGold and was very convenient. There are many tour agencies near by. I suggest that you contact your hotel to make the arrangements. Hope this helps. Enjoy your trip!
Who can help me with my questions? (traveling Philippines) (9 Replies)
I am going to the Philippines for 3 weeks, so excited!! Below i wrote a list of the things that i want to see. But my question are: 1 is it necessary to book all of those things beforehand or is it possible to book them at the moment itself? I mean, are there internet cafes or a lot of travel agencies to go to? Because I'm not sure if it's easy to book cheap and nice trips at that moment, when I'm in the Philippines. 2 Is it it cheaper to book everything beforehand? 3 Is it easy to...More

Before your questions can be answered, you need to say - when you will be travelling. - if more than one of you will be staying together in accommodation. Meaning if you are a couple travelling and sleeping together and have 2000 euros between you, it will make a huge difference to 2 single people staying in separate accommodation

These 3 places is possible if you will to immediately take the return transport once you reach there. Most of your questions can be found if you search the forum. For one week, I suggest you stay at one or two places. Going to El Nido need a lot of traveling time. From Manila to El Nido via PP needs about 10 hours. I would suggest to find out which place you wanted to visit most and spend your one week there.
