Nice beach

This is like a mini boracay but without the white sand, it's bars are similar and they have fire dancers and lots of lady boy performers miming to music. The beach has about a... read more

I stayed at Tamaraw Resort but walked up the beach to White Beach. It wasn't as pretty as where I was staying and had a lot more beach goers and a lot more people selling products and services. Too crowded for what I want when going to the beach! I'd recommend Aninuan and Talipanan beaches if you're looking for a... More

This is like a mini boracay but without the white sand, it's bars are similar and they have fire dancers and lots of lady boy performers miming to music. The beach has about a metre of small pebbles to get over as you get in the sea but is soft sand after that. The nightlife is good even in the... More

I thought this was a nice sandy beach. Definitely nicer than Sabang beach. Its a small beach with nice folks but nothing luxurious there. Restaurants serve local food but its okay if you are interested in this.

It must have been a nice beach (even if not really white sand). It has become yet another expression of what mass tourism can produce worse. A raw of half delapidated unattractive hotels and lodges, bars, poor restaurants and mostly tattoo shops. Plastic in all forms is king especially when it comes to chairs and tables, all the same everywhere.... More

i came to visit the philippines and was eager to go to a beach resort, with all the choices i decided to head out to puerto galera, my journey was relaxing, safe and suprisingly fast, did not even experienced any heavy traffic along the way where most of my friend was warning me about communiting in the philippines, took the... I'm not fond of crowded places like this, I was just curious about the place. The beach is nice, yes, but it gets dirty when it's overly crowded. I guess, the place needs more employees that would maintain its cleanliness.

I love the party at night, the people, the food and the accommodation but the beach and the beach area are dirty. Full of trash and cigarette butt. There's environmental fee but there were no people who clean the area.

We took our rented motorbike to white beach and stayed for the afternoon. There's a parking lot just before you get to the beach. Great beach with lovely views. A bit rocky but good enough for swimming. Yes there are a lot of vendors that offer souvenirs and watersports activities but if you decline they go away. Not to be... More

The beach is lovely. The sea is good for swimming, be aware it drops off to deep very quickly if you have young kids. There are lots of small dive shops/restaurants to sit and chill between dips. We were there off season so not crowded and maybe that is why the vendors were pushy. If you are looking for a... More

White beach, Puerto Galera has grainy, coarse dirty white to pebbly beach majority of which are round, smooth and moderately sized. It has one of the best sunsets in this side of Luzon island. Generally overcrowded during the summer months but when I came this July, it was sunny and quiet. It's a mini Boracay in terms of the party... More
