Sabang is a diving resort for those wishing to spend a few intensive days diving or doing dive certification(s) at about a third of what it costs in Europe or the Maldives. Dive in coral and with turtles right of the beach or climb onto an outrigger and within minutes experience some of the best dives money can buy. From... More

We stayed in the area for a dive trip, decided to walk in to town. Other than dive shops and a few bars there wasn't anything to see. Not even a shop to buy t-shirts.

The people on the island are very nice, the diving is awesome and the food is very good. This is a 3rd world country however as long as you keep that in mind, this is a great place to go.

If you love macro photography and underwater photography then this is a diver's paradise! There's lesser time of traveling from one dive spot to another as compared to most diving destinations. Go on a night dive and you'll see a completely different underwater world!

Coming in from the docks, the city seemed so nice. But, on the first night we already started noticing a lot of old western men holding hands with young Philippine girls. In the clubs and bars, it was almost impossible to meet decent women. There are no beaches directly on the spot, but there is access to some amazing beaches... More

Go there if you want diving other then that nothing is there. You need to pay 20 Peso at the entrance to the island for environment fee.

All the dirt of the establishments goes to the beach. Filthy town, no quiet nights, full of loud noise and prostitution everywhere. Not a place to stay. Only go there to get your diving but that's it otherwise avoid this place.

It's really amazing, although I didnt see any special animals this time, but the Korallenriffe are sooo amazing and beautiful, very big, colorful! The Dive point is not far away from the beach. It's very convenience to diving. Just 5-10mins you could see the Korallenriffe mountian.

Interesting little seaside town. Set up well to support the local scuba industry but that’s about it. The entire place is packed and you will be sold to, propositioned, etc many, many, many times. Never felt really unsafe but definitely had head on a swivel walking around. I looked high and low for decent souvenirs without much luck….it just isn't... More

Great diving and beach stay. I would not take children there, especially at night due to the over abundance of prostitution.
