Drive to San Teodoro and watch for the Tukuran Falls sign. At the end of the road, pay the carabao cart and head for the falls. You'll enjoy the ride and get some nice photo ops. Also, buy a few souvenirs while you're there.

Bring your own picnic, plenty of volunteers to prepare the food at the falls, take the carabao cart to the falls, an experience not to be missed.

Hi zhel you need to take a private jeepney . you must have a tour guide. If you really wish to go ask assistance from Isla Puerto Travel and tours, They can help you with cheapest package for inland or island tours.
