This mall is located in the west of jakarta in the intersection of the two most major tolls way, perfect for those who has family and who are couples. They have many selections of restaurants and stores. One thing that like the most is the parking, eventhough it can be crowded at some times bit you can pay ur parking using the OVO app and skip the queue lines!

I hate this mall. I REALLY hate this mall. If it’s not because of my friends, I WILL NEVER EVER choose this mall to hang out or shopping.
I hate this mall not only because of the rude staffs also especially because of their PPS.
It is very inconvenient.
First, they forced us to pay in each PPS booth who ALWAYS NEVER HAD SMALL CHANGE, the person in charge always asking me to pay the parking ticket in fixed amount of cash or asking for small changes (Rp 1000,- or Rp 2000,-). They always said they ran out of small changes which pretty annoying.
Then, we have choices to pay the parking ticket by using OVO. I thought it was a great idea, but no!
Most of the time the OVO apps could not work properly. No signal or error.
My sister had paid the parking ticket using OVO, and it said succeeded, but when she tried to scan the ticket it didn’t work. The OVO staff at the exit could not helped too. He asked her to pay the fine. My sister refused to pay because she had paid using OVO. She showed him the receipt history.
She had to make a u-turn and went down to OVO booth, who-the staff-could not helped her too. They were confused and asked her to try to make another payment. She had no other choice except to make another payment. My sister was disgusted and angry at the time.
Finally, TODAY, July 20, 2018.
I went here to celebrate my brother’s birthday. I parked at the highest level, the one on top of Lippo Mall’s customer service counter.
I tried to make a payment in the PPS booth, but the person in charge said “Now this booth cannot received any payment in cash anymore. If you wish to make payment in cash you have to go to the PPS near Fitness First or the machine provided (which both of them were far) or I can pay it by using OVO.”
I was so disappointed and angry because, I have to walk so far to make the payment and I felt forced to use OVO apps.
I hate to use OVO. OVO is so not ready to take this big responsibility.
Fix the errors before ask customers to use it!
I just don’t get it why Lippo Mall’s PPS has to be this complicated and inconvenient for their customers. Today’s event makes me hate the mall more than before.

We went for a dinner and was seated in front. Yet the next door restaurant (thai restaurant) keep pointing their fan at us and making us feel uneasy with all the winds blowing.
We try to talk to the restaurant staff yet has no resolution.
I believe each restaurant should manage their own equipment including blowing wind from fan should not disturb next door restaurant customers
We hope building management will do something about this

This is relatively new mall hence it's still clean. The design also more modern than puri mall (the mall next to it). There are a lot of playground in here, whether paid or free ones. I like the atmosphere even tough it is crowded between dinner time but it is still acceptable. Dont forget to pay for your parking ticket before you head exit.

Just went to this Mall twice, haven’t got a chance to explore all of the tenant and attraction there but from the first impression, this Mall is huge, lots a tenant and modern. Located in Puri next to the Puri Indah Mall. Almost similir with the Grand Indonesia if i may say. One attraction that interesting me is the Transformer corner for Kids. The cart with the shape of transformer robot for kids to drive in is very new. Only in this mall.
So for the next, i will take my kids here to ride the transformers

Lippo Mall Puri is another shopping center that is close to where we live. It always seems to be consistently crowded, even on weeknights though the crowds are not as big as say at Central Park.
It is a new mall, 5-6 years at the oldest so the building is very new, very spacious and bright. All of the usual tenants you can expect in a mall are here. There seems to be a lot more cafes here for people to sit around and hang out. Most recently they have added a Japanese section called Takeshita Street consisting of restaurants.
At this mall they use the OVO electronic payment system. Do make sure to ask how the payment system will work when you’re parking. If you don’t, you’ll find to your surprise that the parking booths are not manned. I personally always cab here. One of the reasons is to avoid the situation.
