Nice stroll along the river. Shops are the old fashion shops unlike in malls. Prices are reasonable.

Most of the item trades here are for daily consumption such as cakes,tit bits, fruits, hawkers food but less clothesclothes, fabrics.Handphones and gadgets sold here too. The arcade not crowded and easy to walk and shops

From our place we just took the bus going to Pasar Baru. This place was really nice and you can find cheap Batik here and some other stuffs. It's a bit crowded but you just have to be vigilant especially in the very busy road....More

Pasar Baru is one of old market in Jakarta. People usually come here to buy clothes, cameras, shoes, and for culinary. There are lots of hidden culinary places here, located in the alley.

It is officially opened from 9.00 to 18.00 hours but some shops actually stay open longer than these.
