When i was went to Gelora Bung Karno, i've saw a whole super stadium and in the ouside of GBK stadium, i saw a lot of people who were jogging around outside Stadium and in that place so cleans and clearly organizes. And in that place have a food court but that FC makes me no interesting but furthermore in GBM have a attraction like bicycles so, a lot of visitors have a purpose to go have fun with friends, family and their partner and do something exercise like ride a bike and jogging together

GBK is the biggest stadium in Jakarta. Sometimes it is used to run a music concert also. In the afternoon, people often come to GBK to do exercise. At the outside stadium ring, there are a lot of exercise activities, such as, Zumba, Yoga, Aerobic, etc.

if you want to spend your afternoon, i suggest you to come and exercise here. nearby the MRT Gelora, inside the stadium there is some activities such as, zumba and etc. Here also, they have Gojek food festival which is good to hang with friends

This newly renovated museum located in the sport center of Indonesia. Surrounded with all sport venues, but this stadium is the biggest one. There's also one nice coffee shop on the ground floor.

If you want to go running in every time, such morning, evening, night you can go to this place, the place is clean, comfort, cozy, not hot because the roof is covering the road, you can walk, run, ride a bike, theres locker you can rent to put your bag, theres food place that you can buy food or drink and chats with friends after running, there rent a bike spot with aplication, or tendem bike, you can joint group of yoga, or zumba at night

nowadays it clean, and well organize. Well lit during the evening with some cafes and indomaret arround so we can easily hydrates ourself after training

This is a center of sports in Indonesia. We came here for afternoon jogging with office mates and the place is perfect for it.

This sport complex is awesome especially since the upgrading for Asean Games 2018. So many sport activities we can do in this area. The surounding area are great as it is a prime location in Jakarta, offer malls, hotels, restaurant, even convention center.

While this wouldn't be considered one of the better tourist stops in Jakarta, it is definitely a great place to see some soccer or catch a concert. It is a fairly well kept location that has had newer renovations to make it even better. It is a large venue so even if you're looking to do some walking/running, this might be a nice location for that in the early morning before things in the city get too hot and busy.
