Better value elsewhere - spa was dirty, not private

Came here on the advise of another. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us a menu of things to choose from. I only wanted a salt scrub - but that was not possible. I had... read more

Our first Spa Massage in Bali. We wee brought to the Spa by our driver. It looked antique with the traditional Balinese architecture. We were led to our room for the 1 hour Massage along the main road. Room looked aged with cracks. Service was alright but definitely not worth the price of USD34 for 60min excluding tax and service... More

This is by far the most expensive and worst massage I had for the entire trip. The facility doesn't feel like a spa, certainly no luxury feel to it but they charge an insane amount of money for an hour massage (42 USD after tax) compared to standard price in Bali , not to mention the price was quoted in... The Bali Ratu is a sensational spa to visit while you are in Ubud! The experience was restful, well-executed and exactly what I needed after a busy day! I did the 90 minute relaxation treatment and it was divine! Check them out!

It sounds hoky but really we shared a terrific massage from 2 well experienced masseurs. The room was clean and their touch was firm but relaxing.

Came here on the advise of another. The front desk staff was friendly and gave us a menu of things to choose from. I only wanted a salt scrub - but that was not possible. I had to buy a complete package that included a foot soak, massage, shower, scrub, steam and flower bath. It seemed like good value -... More

Don't waste your time and money at this place. First of all, they're really expensive. The fee we paid for a 2 hour Balinese massage was about 180.00 USD. The actual massage was about only one and a half hours. The rest of the time is for "foot wash", sauna and bathing in their dirty filthy shower!!!! This is the... More
