Awesome tour guides, 100% Tibetan

Unbelievable experience visiting Tibet for 10 days. Tibet Everest Tour went above and beyond to create an unforgettable, once in a lifetime experience. Karma is an awesome guide and worked with me to create a customized 10 day itinerary (the usual Tibet itinerary lasts 7 days, which includes 4 days in Lhasa and 3 visiting Everest). I was to mention that due to Chinese restrictions, all international tourists end up staying at the same hotels and visit the same sites. We were by far the smallest tour group of all the other agencies, and the cost was the exact same. When crammed in small hallways in the midst of hundreds of people it makes a big difference being in a group of 4 people, and 8 people. Highly recommend going off season as well. It's really cold, but you see a lot less people (especially Chinese tourists who apparently flock to Everest during spring and summer now).
