Whilst you can catch the Peak Tram on your own for much less money, it was good for us first-time visitors to have a guide to show us where to catch it and if there is a queue get you a jump on it. There was no queue the day we visited, so we definitely didn't need the guide, but he was very helpful and gave us some good tips for our visit to Victoria Peak.…

I would avoid it like the plague. I've tried to purchase tickets from them 3 times because their listings were always cheapest. Every time, the site shows tickets available, takes my money, then emails me saying the tickets aren't available. They hold your money for over a month and claim they have no control over refund timelines because it's up to your credit card's bank. However, this last time I got so tired of their scam I called customer service and they refunded my money that same day. They DO have control over it. I think it's a scam. That's why it's so cheap.…

We took one of the evening options 6:15pm as made dinner reservations for 7:30pm. The meeting point was relatively straight forward to find by following the signs from MTR. Exit K wasn't clear on google maps, but looks to have now been added. It pops up in Statue Square. There is a 10 min walk up the hill from the meeting spot, which becomes your first sign of the madness that you are about to experience as everyone rushes to keep up. The stop multiple times to make sure nobody is left behind, but everyone looks to be scared they are going to miss out or be the last person. The skip the line is well worth it with the main queue snaking around and going across the road, around and up the path. You still have a queue, you just skip part of the queue not the whole thing. Plan for 1-1hr 30 just in case. Try and get the right side if you want a view. That said... try and get a seat … try not to get an elbow in the face from someone even more keen to get the same seat.…
