Relax First attempt w herbal steam foot

Five flight of stairs before arriving. Stairways under renovation- v dusty.
Friendly staff. $88 hkd for 45 minutes. Wear loose pants or be prepared to change into outfits provided by Hela. Can add foot massage if desired.
Nice relaxing classical music.
Tub temperature can be adjusted.
Be prepared to sweat .
Interesting first try. Cannot tell the impact or effects. May need long term frequent visits to experience the impact.
