I've bought 12 cans of cookies this afternoon & sales separated into 3 bags which each bag contains 4 cans, once I've stepped out of the store ( just really 1 step from the store), one of the bag was broken & I turned back & request to get a new one so I can carry, one of your sales said the way I'm carried made the bag broken & then she said if I want a new bag cost $1, honestly I don't care about that $1, is the altitude of that old lady sales...NO MANNER !! Even though really MY WAY of holding the bag was not proper, is that really that fragile just a step away from the store, if so you need to train your sales to suggest your customers just only 1 can per bag, not 4 even though is a big bag. As a business having this kind of sales at the front desk, good luck !

This is not a tourist site, not something worth seeing but it is a place to purchase a famous Hong Kong butter cookies. These cookies are very good. Be careful, there are many imitators. This is the authentic genuine store. Store front has moved. No longer on the ground floor but has moved directly above the same location but on the second floor. The new store is bigger and better organized. Due to the coronavirus madness, there was no lineup.

Cookies 🍪 tasted great but I realised they are clearing stock of Feb 2020 expiry dates cos Christmas 🎄 tins are still used though it’s already a brand new year and lunar new year approaching. I don’t see lotsa of Chinese queuing up and that’s due to the anti Chinese climate. Good time to buy but nay if you like to give it out as gift as of 04/02/20 as your receivers might thought you bought it last year Christmas. Wait for the Chinese New Year release.
