Kowloon Masjid is amazing, I would recommend you go upstairs it's very calm and serene, staff are friendly and it's open to everyone for a visit or pray. Friday prayer is busy but well organised. you also have halal food outside as well as restaurants. I Highly recommend.

Wandering down Nathan Road, it suprised me to come accross the amazing building that was the mosque. While I didn't enter (as I located it on a Friday) the outside inficated that the Islamic community takes its involvement in Hong Kong life as important, I will on my next Hong Kong visit make the effort to go here not on... there're people who sell cheap briyani in front of the mosque, taste not bad, good amount of foods, can be shared by 2person if you are not a big eater. right in front of the gate, no need to enter mosque. but this is not the dimsum place (islamic canteen),

For me, as a Muslim, this place is just like an oasis in the middle of super crowded Tsim Sha Tsui district. Comparing with the outside, this place will provide you a peaceful moment. It was really nice experience to have a quiet place after a long walk or on a sunny day. The people visiting the place mostly are... More

Kowloon was the first place I visited when I traveled to Hongkong. It's such a busy business area that I remember audibly the sound of traffic lights. I have never imagined that in such a road, like Nathan Road, there is a great mosque. Yet I found one and, being a Muslim, I toke a chance to came in and... More

I visited the Mosque with my family while on a 5 day visit to HK. It was a Friday and the nice Mosque was filled with worshipers performing Friday prayers. The location of the Mosque is great, right in the middle Kowloon shopping area. The Mosque was quite big and had a simple, yet elegant design.

This mosque would greet almost all travellers to Hong Kong as it is the most easily to find and it is situated along a popular road. For muslim, you will surely notice this mosque. Try to catch a solat jemaah to experience. There is no food outlet here but there are plenty of halal restaurant surrounding it.
