We had questions about getting to Ngong Ping and came away with information not only about that journey but places to visit over in Central and information about how to use the MTR and the Octopus Card. The lady that helped us was great.

They told us where we could buy the tickets to catch the Star Ferry. A few signs in English around the Star Ferry Concourse would have things quicker.
