I was helped by a very kind, patient and proactive girl, who really went out of her way to make this one day I had in Hong Kong worth it. After half a day I returned and was helped by another woman who quickly realised what my priorities were: local food ;) and I'm very happy I followed her advice... More

Okay, so here I am in Hong Kong, I made no plans or looked any touristy stuff before I arrived and Bam! Sensory overload, people, shops and traffic. First up, I needed some breathing space so I thought the harbour and a ferry ride sounded like a good idea, plus it was within easy walking distance of the hotel (which... More

My review may be a little more unconventional. I chanced upon HKTB's website online while looking for a couple of emergency numbers because I was in a lost and stranded situation on a hike at one of the trails in Hong Kong, a little far out of the city. I must say that their website is pretty clear and informative.... More

We stayed in Hong Kong for Chinese new year and the staff at the tourist information board was amazingly helpful! They had an calligraph artist there who designed personalized paintings for me and my parents which was such a nice gesture! We will definitely take them back home and frame them! If you need any help or information while staying... More

We accidentally walked past this place and thought that it would be a great idea to get some information of what to do in HK for our 10 days. We really hit the jackpot here because this place was the most perfect ever! We talked to a really nice girl who showed us so many good things of what to... More

The staff at the Hong Kong Tourism Board are very kind, polite and helpful. We have dealt with Fion Cheng and she provided excellent costumer service while we were planning some activities for our vacation in Hong Kong. I absolutely recommend this service!

My wife and I (see attached picture) met with an HKTB volunteer on November 22 to explore the "Real treasures in Sham Shui Po." This presentation (I don't know how others work) was a "meet and greet" to review a PowerPoint in the HKTB car outside the Peak Galleria, not an on location tour of Sham Shui Po (this was... More

My recent trip to HK is to meet up with representative assigned by HKTB on "Taking stunning photos in HK", My one hour session with Dr. Michael Li and the staff at The Peak was immensely appreciated. They were very helpful to point up places where as an enthusiast photographer would go. Tourism is so successful in HK due to... More
