Neighborhood: Tsim Sha Tsui
Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the major tourist and shopping areas of Hong Kong. With a high concentration of hotels, retail shops and commercial offices – it’s a busy and bustling neighborhood that never sleeps. On the surface, Tsim Sha Tsui seems to only feature an abundant number of high-end retail stores selling designer brands and jewelry, owing to its popularity with high-budget shopping tours. However, it also contains a diverse range of attractions for the entire family. Whether taking a walk in Kowloon Park, exploring museums, going shopping or grabbing a bite to eat – Tsim Sha Tsui has something for everyone.

Commercial property in TST East with retail, coffee shops & restaurants
May 2020
TST Centre is one of two connected properties along with Empire Centre that you will find along Mody Road in TST East. These two properties are managed together as a single commercial enterprise. Here there are several floors of retail shops, coffee shops and restaurants some of which have harbour views on the south end of the the two buildings.

You can enter along Mody Road or from Salisbury Road and the harbour facing promenade. There is a connected covered walkway that crosses the small linking street between Mody and Salisbury, that allows you to cross between TST Centre and Empire Centre.

You can visit their website for a updated list of the businesses and their respective opening hours.

You can find a supermarket in the basement level, different stores from lower level and a whole selection of good restaurants in the upper level

Out of the way

Heading east from Nathan Rd, I stumbled upon this mall and whilst it has some big name shops, they are not holding much of a range, and instead directed me to their shops elsewhere

Not worth making the effort to seek out

Another shopping mall
May 2017 • Couples
This is one of many shopping malls in Hong Kong. It is not the best by any means but not the worst. I liked the food options more than the available stores. Reviews have said it is empty but it wasn’t so during our visit. You can spend 30 minutes in here and look at the shops and longer if you find a restaurant that catches your attention.

Disappointing
May 2017 • Solo
A good size mall with all the 'brands' but no bargains. HK is NOT a shopping paradise, several big brand centres were as high as twice the price of the same brand in Australia. Albeit they may have had the very latest designs or models, that doesn't justify the exorbitant price. Just wait a few months & they'll be last seasons & reduced, but probably not here. I suspect the rent is what they are trying to cover. I also took a long walk to Element Mall at Kowloon station to find a magnificent centre, but again HUGE prices. Same situation at the shipping terminal mall. No money spent this visit.

A large deserted mall
Jul 2016 • Friends
The best things about this mall are the eateries that line the coastal side of the building. They're the only places that bring life to this mall.

How the small tailors and shops that are still there survive is beyond reason. This mall is deserted until drinks and dinner time.

There's a very handy Rimowa luggage showroom and an even more handy repair shop in the basement.

Longines at tsim sha tsui road
Apr 2016 • Couples
Visited all longines authentic stores on this road in kowloon. Made a huge mistake in purchasing a watch here and found the price more cheaper in shangai international airport duty free. Purchased for HKD for 20900 vs RMB 14500. Came back home to melbourne and found the watch even cheaper compared to hong kong. Price difference on tsim sha tsui road vs shangai international airport (australian currency coversion) $600-800.

Longines store on this road claims to be tax free and difficult to get discount. Shangai international airport watch store (mixed watch brand store) was low on price and gave 5% managerial price on top.

Avoid big longines stores if u can and try stores which sells longines as well as other brands...here you mite be able to bargain.
