The area
Neighborhood: Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.

Emperor Cinema, Aussie Grill and Decathlon on QRC
Sep 2021
The Entertainment Building is located along Queen's Road Central and Wyndham Street. This is prime commercial space with a small arcade shopping area. These days, you'll find an Emperor Cinema, Decathlon (basement), a large Aussie Grill by Outback and Sweet Dreams candy shop amongst a handful of inside eateries, coffee shops and related businesses on the first couple floors of the building.

Catchy name for one of the endless row of towers in HK
Jan 2015 • Solo
Entertainment Building has a catchy name for what is essentially one of the endless row of skyscrapers on Hong Kong Island, many of which include a small arcade section of shops that are mostly frequented by local residents in the area.

There is a Pacific Coffee shop here as well as a few retail shops, spa, tailor, health and beauty shop and a clothing wear shop or two, mostly located on the first few floors of this vertical tower.

Located in the heart of Central district on Queen's Road and D'Aquilar, this building is more interesting to look at than to visit. The facade is of a modest Art Deco style. You can find similar architectural influences within the building as well.
