ANS Shop (Ladies Accessories) of Metro Plaza (Kwai Fong MTR) is excellent.
Shop has wide varieties of nice goodies and prices are reasonable. Shopkeepers are kind and helpful.
Deeply impressed when they offered me masks as they realized I forgot my masks in my hotel.
Highly regarded.

Mid-range tenants such as Uniqlo, Muji, Tata supermarket.... Peking House and Chiu Chow Garden on the 5th floor and some Japanese and western restaurants. A well seasoned shopping mall connected at second floor level to Kwai Fong MTR Station, exit E.

All the local and world famous names plus eating houses and banks. Visit here each HK trip.

The newer one...

...not the chaotic, more ‘local’ mall next door, which some reviewers have understandably got confused by. Anyway, when I first moved to the area and started coming here, I really did not like this shopping centre because of the low ceilings across most of it and the confusing signs. However now I know my way around and have fully explored, I think it’s one of the better places to shop and eat in the New Territories. There are often very good offers in the abundance of Western shops here and three restaurants in particular have been excellent: the ramen, Viet and Singaporean places. Nice cinema as well, never too busy to get tickets!

Very large
Dec 2015 • Family
Very large mall attached to Kwai Fong MTR station by footbridge. Focal point for Kwai Tsing residents.

Notable for many large scale Chinese restaurants and a big big carpark in the basement.

Large outdoor play area for kids.

Best of Both Worlds.

There are actually two shopping locations located here. One is Metroplaza, which is nicer and a bit more expensive, the other is called Kwai Chung Plaza, which is more suitable for younger shoppers and those looking for cheaper finds. They are connected by a footbridge and easily accessible from the MTR.
Kwai Chung Plaza: This is one of my regular stops on my annual visits to HK. I love finding all the latest fashion pieces for low prices. I will say that the quality may not be the greatest, but for those who like updating their wardrobe regularly, this is a great place to do so. With some of the more popular pieces, I would walk around and compare prices. Sometimes you'll find a store that is selling it for a bit lower than the standard price. Be careful, because there are also stores that will sell them for way more than the average price.
There are also electronics shops, but I would not necessarily recommend buying a phone here unless it is from the more reputable companies in HK. If the store doesn't have a logo on in, don't buy a phone from them. Cases and other accessories are fine, but stay away from actual devices. Again, be sure to compare prices. The beauty of buying a device in HK, and in many other places overseas is that they don't require you to sign a contract. You can if you want, and you will be given similar promotional prices as if you were signing up for a contract in the US, but you can also buy an unlocked version of the phone at market price. Be warned though, several of my friends who are engineering majors and very familiar with the tech world have told me that phones from HK may not necessarily work well with 4G LTE connections here in the US. This has nothing to do with the quality of the phones, just that they are made for the HK specifications, which are different from the US. So I would definitely check with your carrier before paying the full price of the phone and flying back to the US just to find that the phone doesn't work as well as it should because of network differences.
There is also a "food street" on one of the floors. If you're coming in from the footbridge level, then go one floor up. If you came in from the ground level, go two floors up. You can find many of HK's beloved street foods here, but with the comfort of being indoors with AC.
Metroplaza: As I said, this is the nicer shopping complex. It is comparable to any other shopping mall you would find in the US and houses some very well-known and popular HK brands. During the summer months, many of the stores regularly have sales and promotions that can get up to almost 70% off. When I went there this past May/June they were adding even more stores, including the popular Korean makeup brand Innisfree (they also house an Etude House, Kiehl's, L'Occitane, and The Body Shop, just to name a few.)
They also had a variety of restaurants ranging from Western, Japanese, Chinese, and traditional Cantonese cuisine. They also have places for Cantonese morning tea as well as several restaurants offering amazing and delicious deals for afternoon tea. There is only one bakery, which is surprising for an HK shopping mall, but A-1 Bakery offers up some pretty good pastries and breads.
Overall, I would say that this is a good choice for a day out. It will definitely occupy plenty of time and offer plenty of shopping, eating, and entertainment. Being so close to the Kwai Fong MTR station doesn't hurt it either.

Metroplaza is located near Kwai Fong MTR Station, I like shopping at there because I like choosing new restaurants to enjoy with my family and friends, there are many international restaurants e.g. Mr. Steak Bar & Grill, Applegreen, Lzumi Curry Grill and my loved one – Pepper Lunch. In addition, there are many beauty shops for me to buy suitable skincare products, e.g. FANCL, Kiehl’s since 1851, SaSa, etc. My husband enjoys to taking photos, so he usually asks me to visit Metroplaza to take photos with different themes at the ground floor, last time we took photos with Bad Badtz-maru (XO), they were so funny and cutie. Sometimes we would go there to watch films as well.
