There's a lot of places to see, the disney land and peak tram must see, the taxi driver are crazy driver maniac which 98% cannot speak english ... you have to fasten your seat belt when you catch taxi and all of toll gates you have to pay for it, there's only a few people there who can speak english so ordering food could be sometimes a hassle. If you are filipino or non Chinese asian background they look down on you as most of filipino or coming from indonesia, malaysia etc are low class workers.

We came to this Popcorn shopping centre when we were looking for the Tim Ho Wan restaurant. This shopping mall contains 2 phases (Popcorn 1 & 2) and houses about 150 shops, restaurants, a food court and a cinema. It is just located above the Tseung Kwan O MTR station and is one of the MTR convenient malls. Popcorn is like many mid-range shopping centres, it has got the same shops/ restaurants as you'd see in everywhere in Hong Kong.
My impression of Popcorn wasn't great. It hasn't got a high ceiling and wasn't spacious. It hasn't got a luxurious interior and it looked like it was cheaply built. It has a lack of centre space and has no character. However, it seems to have everything which would provide all necessities for the locals.
It doesn't worth for a visit if you're not nearby.

This mall is connected to Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express hotels. The mall has various stores for shopping and eating. It's easily accessible because it's also connected to the MTR.

Poor standards. Fried eggs default in the set. Remember to ask for the soft boil. Ordered noodles with pork cubes is really just assembled from canned pork cubes, and macaroni..at least the instant noodles choice is transparent.

I live above Popcorn Mall. Really like the mall. Clean, lots of different shops and great places to eat.
Popcorn Mall also leads into 2 other malls, with less high end shops. Also, Popcorn Walk just opened with nice restaurants, Fusion supermarket and some boutique shops.
There is a cinema on site. Beside it is a gorgeous newly opened bakery and also Burger Republic. You can even take your burger and chips into the cinema!

While staying at Crowne Plaza kowloon East we used this shopping mall. It is very nice and we'll presented but the food is priced simular to airport prices and the shops are not that great and overpriced even though the sales are on.

Our hotel is located a bit distantly from the city but thanks to the MTR, the city is just a ride away. Popcorn has so much to offer with its movie houses, restaurants, supermarket and of course, over 100 different shops including some famous brands for clothing, electronic gadgets, bags, shoes, etc. The mall is open from 11AM to 10PM. It's truly so convenient to shop at whether we're coming home to our hotel or grabbing something before we go to our next destination and riding the MTR.

Tseung Kwan O was not a popular community until the Hong Kong MTR ( subway train) extended its services and this shopping centre is just on top of the NTR station "Tseung Kwan O"

It has over 50,000 square meters of shopping space and one can find something interesting.

PopCorn is at the centre of a cluster of shopping malls at and around the Tseung Kwan O MTR Station. it is the centre and feature venue with connecting footbridges to several other venues including TKO Plaza to the northeast, PopWalk to the south, Park Central to the southwest and TKO Spot to the north.

PopCorn opened in 2014 and consists of two properties, PopCorn 1 which is directly atop the MTR Station and PopCorn 2 which is across Tung Chung Street and similarly attached by way of indoor footbridges.

What you will find here is 345K sq. ft of space as well as a mix of over 150 international luxury and midrange retailers, supermarket, lots of western and Asian restaurants, coffee shops, food shops, Star cinema and Japanese Game Centre called Namco. There are two hotels, the Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn Express with direct access to the mall as well. Worth note, PopCorn has some nice seasonal and holiday decorations as well.

In the end, PopCorn is sort of the nucleus of the shopping mall hub at Tseung Kwan O. You can start here and venture in all directions for a shopping experience that includes peer malls mentioned above, depending on what specific retailers and/or eateries you are looking for. You can visit the PopCorn website for a list of shops, restaurants and learn more about entertainment options.

This one of the many modern shopping malls in Tseung Kwan O. Popcorn is perhaps the most upscale one in the largely residential area given the plethora of luxury brands. It is a nice and cozy place to spend a couple hours.
