I visited last week DragonCentre.There is a FoodCourt on 8th floor.Many Hong Kong people ware enjoying lunch there.People shoud be share a table there.But Hong Kong people kind for foreigner.I enjoyed lunch time with Hong Kong people.

Not too far from the usual tourist attraction, this shopping centre has lots of small shops and you might be able to find interesting clothes like Kwai Chung Plaza, not as crowded also.
