Good place to buy birds, to see different types of birds. The only poor thing I found there, that they are all in cages (which is logically ok), but I feel so bad for birds. So if you very soft-hearted person for animals, be careful....More

On a day where we wandered around Mong Kok area of Kowloon we then headed to Yuen Po bird garden and flower market. As with Mong Kok, it feels like authentic HK and you can wander around little streets selling flowers and plants and then...More

You can hear the chirping birds before you actually get to the bird garden. I entered by the flower market street after walking down it. It's at the end of the street with signs so it is hard to miss. The garden has a few...More

The Yuenpu Bird Garden is fascinating (you can read about it on this page), I walked there, but the nearest MTR station is Prince Edward. Then walk the Kowloon market trail. There are various guided tours of these markets, but I preferred to explore them on...More

I think the reviews by ITRT & CodyMav sum it up well & clearly nothing has changed as we were here in Dec ‘13. Before our visit we had never seen a Toucan in the flesh.
