Poor old Bruce was behind a barrier and not viewable on the pretext of a major renovation of the whole area. Maybe he had suffered something nasty as he was well covered. Understandably the whole area was not that great but Bruce in Bronze was...More

The Bruce Lee statue was one thing I really wanted to make sure I saw while visiting Hong Kong and it did not disappoint! I chose to visit on a particularly hot afternoon (37*C) and the crowds were not a problem! After an urban hike...More

A popular free attraction that is well worth a visit. Get there early to avoid the excitable crowds all eager to get a photo pose with Bruce.

I'ts free and soooo cool. The garden of stars, is interesting. I don't know the actors and actresses, except Bruce Lee, but the view is beatiful, there's a brilliant place for photo's and selfies and worth a visit if you are in the vacinity.

Had this on my to-do list for years. Arrived in HK and went straight down to the waterfront to find it. The promenade is currently all under refurbishment and the statues were not visible. I asked a local where the statue was and she said...More

The Bruce Lee statue is located in the Garden of Stars, a short walk from the Kowloon waterfront. The status is by far the most popular spot in the small park and you're likely going to have to wait for a while to get your...More

Tsim Sha Tsui
Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the major tourist and shopping
areas of Hong Kong. With a high concentration of
hotels, retail shops and commercial offices – it’s a
busy and bustling neighborhood that never sleeps. On
the surface, Tsim Sha Tsui seems to only feature an
abundant number of high-end retail stores selling
designer brands and jewelry, owing to its popularity
with high-budget shopping tours. However, it also

First time in Hong Kong. 6 days. what shall i do??? (4 Replies)
Myself and my girlfriend will be staying in Wan Chai on Hong Kong Island for 6 nights on 27th September to 4th October. What are the sights to see? Bruce Lee statue is on my to do list. Is it easy to get around without breaking the bank? Is tourist shopping good value for money? She is a vegetarian, would this be an issue? Look forward to any replies.

Avenue of Stars Closed? (79 Replies)
Hey Guys, Just doing some research into my upcoming trip to HK. One thing i saw was that The Avenue of Stars is now closed to 2018. This will be a major disapointment as this is most ideal spot to take photos of HK Island esp during Symphany of lights and Bruce Lee Statue. Does anyone know if its completely blocked off or is there still parts of it accessible for tourists. I read that the eastern part will be extended towards Hung Hom. Does anyone knw if the Tsim Sai Tsui side is...More

My wife and I will be in Hong Kong for 1 day on a layover on route to the Philippines. It's a dream come true for me as Hong Kong has always been at the top of my "to go" list ever since I can remember but until now I've never had the opportunity to visit. I wish this trip could be for longer but 1 day is better than none. Our flight arrives at 7am and we fly out the next day at 5pm. I am looking for some help with hotels and putting together an itinerary. Hotel budget is around £60-£90...More

Since you are going up to The Peak, the view from Sky100 would be similar. I would rather use the money to go to Lobby Lounge at the InterContinental Salisbury Hotel. 5-story tall glass windows. Have a close-up look of the Victoria Harbour instead of from 1000 feet. You will have a different feel.
