When you see Blue Color medium Size ships , those are Cotai Water Jet ferries. each ferry has Economy deck and Upper deck . Upper deck tickets are expensive but you can enjoy free snacks, beer or soft drinks. Upper deck also has free WIFI through out the journey in-between the sea and once you arrive at your destination upper... More

For a first time visitor to this country, the Cotai Water Jet was very easy to use, the people were friendly, and very helpful. They provide a small and very edible snack on the trip, no reservation required. I would recommend the first class ticket. It has assigned seating, and is the first one off the water jet. Your snack is... More

The jet cat is very smooth, plenty of room to stretch for the 1 hour trip from Macau to Kowloon. Getting from kowloon to macau is easy, the return was a pain, it was a sunday afternoon at 1745 & a long cue gathered in the sun for about 45mins prior to boarding. Staff did not seem to have any... The ferry itself is very comfortable and fast, BUT beware of the company scam with their round-trip tickets! They have a seller with prepaid tickets who stands in the entrance in front of the HK border control people. He will sell you a round-trip, as there is no counter, and will give you the return ticket with a late night... More

We used this to go from Macau to Hong Kong Airport. It was fast, clean and comfortable. Being in first class, the seats were very comfortable and we also got a good snack and some juices. View is awesome..

Lets get the only good point out of the way first. Cotai jet provides good quality seating with a comfortable ride. Apart from this they have some of the worst crowd management systems with most passengers needing to stand for hours on end. They also have zero transparency in their process with fixed time tickets being sold as open tickets... More

I have no issues what so ever with the people on board the ferry to maccau. My issue is with the fact that no one does anything against hasslers who takes advantage of tourists infront of the check in line in hong kong Kowloon port. We were on a rush to maccau and this hassler of an agent sold us... More

Was in Macau October 9th went to the Cotai Water Jet counter, the gentleman at the counter told us to book our seats on the day we travel back to Hong Kong. Following day(10/10)... More

We went to Macau using this ferry service and were sold tickets by someone outside the gate as the next boat "was about to leave" and we needed to rush to catch it. Well we should have checked the return ticket as it was not until 10.30 that night. When we arrived at the ferry terminal to return to Hong... More
