Overall I should said the journey from Hong Kong Harbour to Macau with this water speed jet were pretty nice and comfort. A bad experience would be meet up with a cheating sales where the ticket sold were in a high markup price. The ticket from hk harbour <->Macau Originally sell $170 and $199 respectively but we were being cheated... More

On a visit to Hong Kong decided to break it up with a few days in Macau. Travelled mid week as my research showed it was quieter in Macau during the week. Pre bought tickets online before leaving home. Website says to allow for an hour to check in. Arrived very early at terminal, check in was seamless. There is... More

The journey on the boat was miserable. It was pure chaos bording at the Taipa ferry terminal, very disorganized. The bathroom on the boat was very unclean, disguisting. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. These ships rock back/forth much more than the Turbojet ships, consequently, if you are prone to motion sickness, you should avoid. Turbojet ships are old... We took Cotai Water Jet from China Ferry Terminal to Taipa Ferry Terminal for nearly 1hr. The ferry was comfortable and it has wifi. Cruising across the sea was smooth sailing but for some ups and downs. Transit through both terminal was smooth and staff were courteous.

I took the Water Jet from Sheung Wan round trip and enjoyed the experience. Purchase first class for a little bit more but you get a comfortable waiting area, early boarding and disembarking, and luggage space.

Efficient ferry service. Generally on time. It is easy to change to an earlier ferry if there is space on standby. Seats comfy staff efficient.

We were traveled from HK (Kowloon) to Macau for one day. We bought the "First Class" tickets. There was supposed to be preference boarding and exiting. There was none. We fell into que with everyone else and handled our own luguage. This wa disappointing. The seating was nicer than "economy" class and the restroon wa slarge and very clean. There... More

We travelled in Cotai Jet in both the First class as well as the Cotai class. The First class had very comfortable seating with priority de-boarding and refreshments on board. The coat class seats are also comfortable. The ferry moves at high speeds and is a good experience.

We used the Cotai water jet to visit Macau from Kowloon - only first class available - however to our delight we received a 20% discount as we used a MasterCard! Huge seats with table, great snack box which we had for breakfast as well as unlimited drinks! Very calm pleasant journey!

And boy, was it fun! It was raining cats and dogs when we traveled from HK to Macau and we chose Cotai Water Jet to take us there. The ferry was clean and the seats were too. Which is great. The trip lasted for an hour and a half and it was pleasant even if the rain got so hard... More
