I haven't actually tried the turbojet yet but cotai water jet for to me is already impressive. Very convenient, traveler's friendly, very clean, very time strict. This one deserves my 5 stars

The ferry was delayed for over 1 hour bc they didn't have enough staff to move luggage. We arrived in Macau after 11 PM which ruined all our plans.

Luggage on Hong Kong to Macau Cotai Water Jet (2 Replies)
Hi, I intend to reserve online our tickets to go from HK to Macau on the Cotai Water Jet and return. As I understand I will receive an email showing the ticketing information and I take this to the ticketing counter to redeem our tickets. However we will both have 1 luggage bag each (around 18kgs ea), do I send this across as checked luggage? if so where do I do this - at the ticketing counter? And then how do I claim our luggage on arrival at the other end? Many thanks, Den

You may also carry it on board, like most passengers do. There are luggage racks on the boats.
