We used the Cotai water jet to visit Macau from Kowloon - only first class available - however to our delight we received a 20% discount as we used a MasterCard! Huge seats with table, great snack box which we had for breakfast as well as unlimited drinks! Very calm pleasant journey!

And boy, was it fun! It was raining cats and dogs when we traveled from HK to Macau and we chose Cotai Water Jet to take us there. The ferry was clean and the seats were too. Which is great. The trip lasted for an hour and a half and it was pleasant even if the rain got so hard... More

55 min to macau runs on time comfortable and if you go first class you get a snack box and drinks to consume onboard.

This company should be avoided at all costs. Terrible service, no information, poor facilities, staff unfriendly and drops you off in a useless spot for visiting Macau.

We took the ferry service from HongKong Macau terminal to Taipa.. The cotai class(economy class) is a clean no frills experience.. The route is quite scenic and on the day we took the ride the weather was smooth and hence we didn't experience much turbulence

Looking for a day trip to Macau from Hong Kong we went to the ferry terminal and walking toward the counters was rushed by a woman to hurry and buy tickets for a family of 5 as a ferry was about to leave (making us panic and not look at competitor prices and the ticket conditions in detail - yes... Took Cotai Water Jet to Macau from Kwoloon. The experience was very pleasant from the time we got into the terminal till we landed. The return from Macau to HK wasn't that great an experience. Macau terminal is so small they made all the ferry riders wait outside in a long queue in humid weather. The walk to the ferry... More

We were staying at the Sheraton Macau and our next stop was Hong Kong. The Cotai water jet terminal was about 5 minutes from our hotel. We arrived 45 minutes before departure, which was enough time to purchase our tickets and clear Macau immigration. The Water Jet departed on time and one hour later we arrived in Hong Kong. Were... Taken both ferries many times honestly I don't see much of a difference at the base level so take whichever one has a better schedule or price for you. Service has been the same and is fine on both. Free shuttle buses from both the main and taipa ferry terminals, though greater selection of options at the main terminal of... More
