We had to change our to ticket because of the typhoon. And then we missed our rescheduled ferry at airport. Staff were great and for got us on service from HK an hour later. Very grateful for their help.More

Terminal very good in Macau and hong Kong kowloon. Customer service was good .the only issue was hong Kong central terminal overcrowded and small for the number of passengers at night time.More

Very good ferry service, fast, well scheduled, clean. The cost is about 180 one way. I tried the other ferry companies, but this one was the most stress-free way to get to Macau by far.More
