this spa, situated on the 1st floor of an office building is an oasis compared to the outside busy street. It is run by these lvoely Nepalese women, who are professional, effecient and really friendly. You are offered drinks on arrival and made to feel at home whether it is for a facial, pedicure or massage. In Hong Kong terms they are reasonable priced(though Hong Kong is expensive for spa's compared to the US). Went there twice in my stay in Hong Kong and can highly recommend it- manicure and pedicures lasted longer than the ones I had at home. I also liekd that they called you back when they said they would and were flexible about appointments.

Ahhh this was the best choice ever for my 14 hour lay over! I booked a day room from 9am - 9pm (the website said you get the room for 10 hours but upon arrival she said 12 :D ) with a complimentary 45min massage at OM spa. The room was fantastic (I wish I could have stayed over night!) I slept right away and then had a relaxing massage with Yami. I then used the pool, sauna and steam room facilities. I was able to get refreshed after a 11 hour flight to prepare for the next 11 hour flight ! From Germany to Auckland it really made my travels easier. Yes I do think 160 euro is to expensive for a day room and it's a lot more expensive then all my actual holiday hotels (only reason it misses out on one star) but it was worth it for such a long travel time. Thank you :)

I used to be regular at the spa during my layovers or trips to Hong Kong and get a discount for the frequency. I couldn't believe the attitude at which he has responded last two times as if the massages were free.
Not only the attitude during talking to me was super rude but this time he told the staff to get the bill cleared first for just putting up my name for a massage that was 2 hrs from the time I got to the counter.
I just left telling that the lady, he needs to learn hospitality and many people do understand Chinese language
Such a rude attitude!!!!

Good 4 star hotel is situated in airport. Very convinient both for transit passengers and others.
There is shuttle bus service to citygate mall and tung chung subway station. There is also shuttle bus to disney land once a day.
Breakfasts are good enough. Staff is friendly!

If you arrive by taxi, registration is up the escalator. It's not very easy to find and signage is lacking.
There is a walkway straight into the airport. We chose to stay here on our last night before heading home. The executive lounge is a must if you are staying here. Well worth the upgrade.
Also we were informed 4pm checkout is allowed. Great since we are so close we can walk straight to the boarding area without having a long wait in the terminal.

We were looking forward to our stay at the hotel on a 9 hour layover in Hong Kong. We had stayed at the Crown Plaza Airport Hotel in Singapore ( which was fabulous ). We arrived exhausted very late at night. The only place open to eat was McDonalds well out in the airport. We decided to eat an energy bar in our room. We could not get WiFi,called the desk and were told we had to come down to the desk to pay. Already undressed we decided to go to sleep. Using the toilet during the night we discovered it was not working properly. It took forever to fill up after flushing. The room's decor was 50's motel with some watermarks on furniture. Nice bathroom (if only toilet worked). In hotel's defense, maybe I had the worst room. I believe the hotel had an indoor an outdoor pool and saw some nice garden areas. We saw functioning restaurants in the morning which we did not try since we had to catch our flight. It was clean and I might stay here again,if I had a very long layover or a very early flight.

Hi there, I recently stayed at the hotel, and often used the pool daily. Just wanted to know what oils do you use in the candle burners, they smell so lovely, my daughter thinks it was called five senses? if so, where can we purchase these oils. Thank you
Written January 7, 2020
Dear Sir / Madam,
Thank you for your enquiry and for your recent stay. The aromatic oils you have mentioned is not five senses brand. And it was purchased from Thailand and we don't sell them in our hotel.
Sincerely,
Regal Airport Hotel

I have a 4-hour layover and would like to use the pool, shower, gym, maybe massage. Are all these facilities accessible via the spa? If yes, do I have to pre-book, or just show up? And how much do these services cost?
Thanks :)
