My partner and I visited the spa as part of a staycation a couple of weeks ago. The spa was undisputably the best part of the Landmark Mandarin Oriental. Service here was exceptional. As hotel guests, we were able to access the spa facilities on both days of our stay, and every single spa staff member remembered our names and... More

Never had a treatment but the staff were really helpful and friendly. We were served well before our flights. Best place to go on your last hours in Hong Kong. Thank you and small box of chocolates was my least way of appreciating the nice ladies of the spa and the helpful male manager . Hope to visit Hong Kong... More

Had the pleasure of going for a spa treatment. Very pricey so expected only the best. Confusing at arrival as checkin desk is actually on second floor of spa. First floor was busy attending to other guests so had to wait a while without being acknowledged by staff. Good your by attendant but it then stopped there. Towels and slippers... More

I was nervous about paying more than I'm used to for a massage but this place is gorgeous and the massage was the best I've ever had. The spa has well equipped clean changing rooms and plenty of towels. There is ice water, tea and healthy nibbles available. I had the 90 min Oriental Essence Massage and my therapist Sally... More

Truly one of the best Spas in the world! Spanning 2 floors and it seems to be endless. It's probably my 3rd time and I still got lost in there. The steam room is probably one of the best I have been. Scented with light mint, and the experience showers are must try. Vitality pool is very good but I... More

I had a back problem, the person that treated me caused me to have a greater problem the next day! But is is not really the issue, the staff are so commercially driven that it is off putting, I love the hotel, had I not liked it so much I would have next time stayed somewhere else because I like... After a long week of work, I decided to indulge in an Aromatherapy massage at The Oriental Spa in the Landmark Mandarin Oriental last Friday. I’ve gotten several massages there before but never written a review until now. Don’t get me wrong, the spa is still lovely; the pre-spa experience is the best way to transition out of a crazy... I have visited spas on 3 different continents and 7 different countries. This one is by far the best! I've been to this spa three times in the last 6 month. Most recently I went back two days in the row. The facilities, amenities, ambiance, cleanliness, services, and ultimately the customer service is what makes this place amazing. It's worth... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
