This used to be the marine police building built in 1884. Why it’s now called 1881 heritage is a mystery to me. It is one of the four oldest government buildings in hk. Sadly it’s now a gaudy collection of luxury brands

It was a very interesting place to visit as the area has combined high end shops with historical buildings. Very close to the ferries as well surrounding hotels. Popular in the evenings as it has 3 restaurants and a marine history of the harbour area.
