Florentia Village is an Italian designer outlet mall located along Kwai Cheong Road in Kwai Chung. It is around 5 minute walk from the Kwai Hing MTR Station. Opening hours are 10am to 7pm (Mon to Fri) and 10.30am to 7.30pm (Sat & Sun).

What you find here are two floors with around 15 high-end brand name Italian designer shops, most of which you will find in other locations throughout Hong Kong at larger and more comprehensive shopping malls. As such, unless there are specific products you are seeking and know are in stock here at Florentia Village, you may be able to do just as well spending your time and efforts shopping at the same luxury brand shops in more convenient malls nearer to where you are staying in the city.

Otherwise, if you are in this area of the city and wanting to shop at a small venue with a cluster of Italian designer brand names, this is where you go to do so.

This is a very small outlet mall. Almost 10 shops in total. Prada, Bottega, Ferragamo, Armani, Balenciaga, Furla and 2-3 more. Prices and promotions are good. I got a Bottega shoe for 80% off. So I shall not complain. Other stuff can be limited at times, but its well worth one visit. Citygate has more shops, but I found this better since I got more stuff here than at Citygate.

Nothing really interesting, not all shops have tenants yet. Not a whole lot to see, they only have Prada as their main talking point right now. With kenzo,Furla and links of London alongside. Should visit website to see what shops are opened before heading there. The CS on the enquiry line is daydreaming and she has no idea what she is talking about and the direction at the MTR is not clear. Head out of exit E at Kwai Hing MTR station, thru the bridge , down the escalator , out to the street on your right hand side if u want to go.

It is a small shopping centre. It is not comparable to those outlet malls in U.S. or Japan.

It is located at an industrial area. The car park is small and is not connected to the shopping centre. You need to walk out of the building and then enter the shopping centre at other entrance. If you go there by MTR, you need to walk for 10 minutes across the industrial area.

The shops are luxury brands. The goods are sold at discounted price. If you are the fans of these luxury brands, you will be happy.

The mall is located in a very secluded area of Hong Kong, personally I feel that it's not worth making the trip down. The staffs at the Prada and Balenciaga shop were terrible, the staffs were judgemental and didn't really bother to serve us but instead just kept following us around and kept staring at us. The prices were reasonable but the male attendant with drawn eyebrows and very thick make up kept giving us attitude stares and unfriendly replies that we decided to just not buy anything from there. Will Never visit there again. However the staffs at Furla were the only saving grace of that place, they were the only ones whom really treated customers like customers.

The designs may not be the latest but the prices are definitely better.
If you’re looking for bags that suits your style ...any seasons designs will do as long as you like.
Bags are very subjective to individual. You like means you like..

I found a bag which I like and price of HK5850 which is reasonable. But only the white colour but white is not suitable for daily use. Anyway to save my partner’s money, I bought a Furla bag and wallet instead.
Furla shop just beside Prada. 😁

It is still a mall not to be missed.
Do check it out when you are in Hong Kong!

MRT: Take the red lane exit to KWAI FONG. You'll pass KCC Mall, cross the bridge then you'll have to go down to 1st floor. Cross again to the next building and you're in Florenita Outlet stores already.

They have FURLA, NIKE, PRADA, BALENCIAGA, LANE CRAWFORD.

I would say I only enjoyed the Prada store here. The rest I didn't really like or maybe because I didn't like the other items. Lane Crawford was a little lame to my liking.

I would go back here just for the Prada store. You'll probably only be in this place for about 2 hours max.

Prices are actually pretty good. 50-70% off actually. So for Prada lovers then its a must visit.

No restaurants around you'll have to go back to KCC mall for that. Which is the building across from Florentia

Very big Prada shop with great selection of clothes, shoes and bags. Prices were good and nicely displayed for easy shopping.

Also bought some good buys from Lane Crawford.

The only reason I visited this outlet is because of the Prada outlet. I managed to buy what I want and so happy with the purchase.
