Indigo11.50 is a Natural Dye / Plant Dye Studio based in Lantau island.
deep inside the forrest.
We are also the first indigo studio in Hong Kong since 2013.
We made the best Hong Kong indigo dyeing.

You will be overwhelmed by the knowledge and style you can learn. Totally awesome workshop for those of you willing to discover another side of Hong Kong.

It’s a wonderful experience for us! We know much more about dyeing and we have hand-on experience in making our own products. Max is very nice and he is knowledgeable in dyeing. We enjoy the workshop a lot!

If you are thinking about joining a workshop during the trip, Lantau Blue would definitely be the choice. They hold indigo dye workshops using natural materials which is super friendly to the nature and makes no left-over, they also provide high-quality fabric items for dyeing. You can finish a dyed item with the unique pattern designed by yourself at the end of the workshop, then you can go travel around the cute and cozy village which is totally the other side of the bustling city. 100% recommended!

If you are a lover of the nature, the localness, art, fashion or simply an enthusiast of new experience, Lantau Blue is your perfect choice.
Contacting the staff is super friendly and easy with detailed information and briefing provided.
Location is great as if you are getting into the Wonderland of Lantau (somewhere you are not likely to find in HK). After receiving great Welcome, the founder of LB, Max immediately got you everything prepared and off we started the blue dye. I had never thought of dying a tote bag by myself and I made it! Credit to Max and the supporting staff as their step-by-step instruction was super helpful.
I spent a wonderful day there, escaping from the noise and pollutants in the city, and I got a blue-dyed tote bag!
