I seldom leave reviews but the staff at Chi Wa Siam took care of me with the utmost attention even when I had an injury. Trusting those in massage is utmost importance!

It’s amazing place to relax yourself. I really love staff working at the spa ,great service and nice smile always. I definitely recommend this place !

I am a big fan of deep Thai massage with mobilisation, and this is the best I have had (including in Thailand :-). Great value and relaxing massage plus usual day spa type stuff available if that’s your thing.

I would NOT recommend ANYONE to come here because it might be cheap price wise but the attitude of the staff, especially the owner here is just disgusting!
We made a booking today, and upon arrival we were told that there has been a mistake “ a double booking” the lady owner said. alright not good but can we rearrange I asked ? And she gave us the most annoyed look as if I was asking the most stupid question in the world, and said “what do you want me to do?! “ I said you could had phoned us, she said the person who booked it is new and didn’t wrote down my number. Hey I have been a customer here for ages and topped up over 12,000 thousand dollars buying your packages, you really gonna throw that excuse over to me? So we felt into a small argument and I was quite upset because is this not what you expect from a place where you have been a long term customer.
According to one of their staff the owner “ chooses” her customers, and if she thinks you are not “ good enough “ she will tell you it’s fully booked.
It’s year 2020 in the year of pandemic and good customer service is the basic in our everyday life.
We asked for the remaining monies of your package to be refunded and said bye bye. Not sure how long this place will last but with that attitude, surely not very long.
There are massage places everywhere e.g. one right in Staunton street 2 mins away from her.
Don’t ever go to Chi Wa Siam, it would only ruin your day.
Ps she’s been showing poor customer service in the past but we suck it up because there’s a lady there who i think is really good.

Don't go!!! Very unprofessional for this price.
They changed the lady who was doing the massage in middle of the session to another lady without asking/telling me.
The price for thai medical massage is higher but it turns out to be just a normal oil massage.
