Fantastic 5 star service. Prompt responses, great price and Kevin a lovely man. Picked up from hotel on request (6.30am) and arrived in Mutianyu in an hour and 20 minutes.
Kevin helped obtained tickets and waited until my return. Upon return Kevin had bottled water and even brought me some local Chinese food. Would 10/10 recommend. I was up and down before your buses arrived, highly recommended

Very professional service, prompt response to emails and was always happy to answer any questions. Ma was our driver, he was absolutely wonderful, could not be more helpful. He helped us purchase our tickets and the kindly walked with us to the shuttle bus and was there on our return. We had a great day and I would have no hesitation in recommending Miles Meng we were very impressed.

Today our family was picked up by Mr. Wu and taken to the Great Wall. We had the wall to ourself in the early morning. Was a great experience with a professional driver who we would highly recommend! Thanks Mr. Wu!

We had a terrific time at the Mutianju part of Great Wall. Marvin our driver was very helpful and went and picked up our tickets. Nice car and he was a safe driver. Took 1.5 hours. Also helped us when ordering food. Highly recommend ! Thank you Marvin !!

We used Miles Meng's services to go to Mutianyu Great Wall, on june 2018. Everything went well. It is easy to communicate with Miles and proceed with the booking. The driver was right on time, and drives safely. He went with us up to the telecabin tickets to help us buy the best option for us. The car is in great condition. We had enough time on the great wall without feeling in a hurry. Then we were back to our hotel in Beijing. Easy, safe et great!

Jinshanling was definitely a great part of the wall to visit, so quiet when we arrived at 9am. Mr Wu arrived at our hotel on time for the two hour drive. He let us snooze in the car when we needed to but spoke to us pointing out interesting facts when we woke! Importantly he made it very clear what our pick up options were and took the time to go through the map carefully. He even came up in the cable car with us to take our photos at the top. He probably wished he hadn't as the wind was so strong the cable car was closed after our very scary ride! Mr Wu was waiting for us the minute we came down the steps at our collection point and we had a very pleasant drive back. Excellent value and very good communication throughout the booking process. Very prompt replies.

Great day out with Bruce (our driver) to see the Mutianyu Wall. Great way to see the wall without going on a bus tour with unnecessary stops.
Got picked up at hotel at 8am and Bruce explained the day plan.
Bruce got us there fast and safely and helped to get us tickets for the wall and the Tobagon return tickets.
Great having a full 2.5 hours to explore the wall. We went up the gondola to tower #6. Walked till tower #14 and then turned back and hiked up all the way to tower #1. Hike from #6 to #1 is steep at points and will be a good work out. Then we walked back from #1 to #6 and took the Tobagon slide down which was so much fun.
Bruce then accompanied us to Lunch for some local Chinese food. We invited Bruce for lunch with us.
And back to Beijing hotel by 4pm.
Only thing we would do differently is leave as early as possible to beat the Beijing traffic.
Thanjs Bruce and miles for a great day out.

Apart from the comfortable and smooth ride (and great music), he was warm and extremely forthcoming with sharing essential information to make the journey comfortable.
His recommendation and assistance to purchase tickets (Chair lift & Toboggan ride) for us made the trip even more memorable!

Miles had provided my friend and I with fantastic service during our visit to Beijing. Booking with Miles was very easy on WeChat and he replied to me very promptly with good information for me to make a decision. We chose to go to Mutianyu and continuing with a half-day ski trip to Nanshan. Miles is very knowledgeable with excellent driving skills. The BMW Miles drove us in was clean and well-kept; he also had a charger for my phone. Due to his connection with Mutianyu, Miles was able to drive straight to the Wall entrance without us needing to transfer onto a shuttle. I highly recommend Miles to anyone looking for a zero hassle journey to the Great Wall and beyond.
