We had booked a 2 day tour with a driver and English speaking guide: 1) Heaven and Earth Gardens, Forbidden City, lunch 2) Ming Tombs, Great Wall and lunch. They understood and adapted the tour to several members limited mobility. On the flight to Beijing we realized our group of 8 needed a ride from the airport to our hotel at 10pm- Jack was able to provide, they also were able to provide a ride for a group from the hotel to the train station on the fourth day. Our guide Jane was very knowledgeable and friendly, she picked great restaurants and added a few stops at some shops- Jade, Silk, Holistic Medicine and Tea- all had a sales pitch but you don’t have to buy anything. Felt the price was VERY reasonable.

We are a family of five from Singapore, and I can only say that Jack's service was truly outstanding. I booked a four-day private car tour online, and Jack responded to me very quickly. After making the payment, I informed him that my father needed a wheelchair, and Jack arranged for the driver to bring a wheelchair when picking us up. This thoughtful gesture really touched us. Our tour guide, Jenny, was incredibly responsible and helped us at every step. Every time we encountered a steep slope, she was there to assist. From Mutianyu Great Wall to the Forbidden City, she stayed by our side, especially at the steep section of Mutianyu where she helped push my father’s wheelchair the entire way.
Throughout the whole experience, we felt genuinely cared for. Our driver was also very friendly. As my father had mobility issues, we were often a bit late, but they never complained. We also learned a lot about history. Beijing is a city where history, modernity, and tradition blend together, and we really loved it. We hope to book Jack's services again next time we visit. I strongly recommend this company—flawless service!

We made two tours with Jacks Beijing Tour (My Beijing Tour): one for the Great Wall and another to visit the main touristic places in Beijing with a Spanish-speaking guide. Both were absolutely perfect.
For the Great Wall I asked Jack to find a way to visit it specially adapted for a person who cannot climb a lot of stairs, and they found a place in Mutianyu in which you only need to climn 20 stairs. Wallace, our guide, was very nice and took care of us in every moment.
For the second tour, our guide, Marco, adapted all the schedule to make the visits more comfortable and accessible, giving us time to rest (there was really hot that day), asking for special food in the restaurant and letting us to take our time to enjoy every place. He was very funny and friendly and make our day very interesting.
The driver, that was the same in both tours, was very prudent, professional and kind with us.
If you choose Jack's My Beijing Tour, you will find an agency that will work hard to make your visit adapted to your needs. It's very easy to contact them, because Jack answer you in few minutes every time you write him an email, and they will clear you every question you have.
I hope to visit China another time in a near future, and I have no doubt I will choose Jack for it. I have a lot of places to explore in this amazing country with very friendly people.

Jack organized a top class tour for us to the great wall and summer palace. He also went above and beyond to help us book additional tickets for destinations around the city and helped us navigate booking systems and language barriers. Jack was extremely accommodating, patient and so quick to reply to any and every query. Really great service that I would highly recommend.

Professional service, well worth the price we paid. Our two day tour morphed into a pick up at the airport and dropping us off at the train station. Our English speaking tour guide was very knowledgeable without giving information overload. I would give the highest recommendation and definitely send people their way.

The service provided by this company exceeded my expectations. First of all, I chose a six-day tour with a reasonable price. Everyone in this company left a deep impression on us. Because we booked rather late, I was very worried that there would be no tickets for the Forbidden City. However, Jack solved it very well. Although we queued for a while, that was inevitable. From the airport pick-up to visiting the Great Wall and the Forbidden City, the tour guide, Jane, was extremely friendly and accompanied us throughout the entire journey. I have been to many countries and have never seen such service. The lunch was also at carefully selected restaurants. My husband and I are both lovers of Chinese food and we were very satisfied with the lunch arrangements every day. One day we even had hot pot. It was a bit spicy but really delicious. Thank you very much to the tour guide, Jane, and our driver, a young man. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. He picked us up punctually every day. We got back to the hotel after 6 o'clock every day. I want to say thank you to him again. If any of my family or friends come to China, I will definitely recommend this company. It is very responsible and provides five-star service from beginning to end. If possible, I would give a ten-star review.

This is by far the best service I have ever encountered. I emailed Jack to book a tour for my family in July. Jack replied to me within ten minutes, which surprised me. Then I told him all the needs of my family, including my mother who is over eighty years old. He replied to me carefully. Our tour guide was Linda. She was very friendly. Every day, she explained a lot of history and culture to us, took care of my mother and assisted her when getting on and off the vehicle. She also provided us with free water every day. The driver was also very professional and safe. I am very grateful for the booking. To be honest, when I paid the money in advance all at once, I was a little worried. After all, I had never been to China. It turns out that my choice was very correct. Thank you very much, Jack and his team. I will recommend them to all my friends. Rest assured to hand over the trip to China to him. It will definitely be an unforgettable experience.

It was a very good experience for us. The guide and driver, were both good. The planning done by the guide was very helpful for vising all the places without wasting too much time on long queues. The food places suggested by him were liked by everyone in our group. Overall, a very good experience we had on this trip. Thanks for everything.

My family and I are extremely satisfied with this trip. We are from Malaysia and needed halal restaurants. My mother is very picky, but Jack patiently selected restaurants that satisfied us without getting tired of it. Our tour guide, Lina, was also very nice and patient. She constantly explained the history of Beijing to us and took care of our three-year-old child. From the beginning when we made the reservation on the website until the end when we left Beijing, we received very thoughtful care. Oh, it's worth mentioning that Jack's team, upon learning that our flight was delayed for two hours, didn't complain at all. The tour guide and the driver waited for us patiently at the airport. We were very touched by this. Thank you very much, Jack, and your excellent team. We will definitely recommend you to our friends. One hundred percent recommendation.

I saw one post regarding a day trip including the Forbidden City, Summer Palace and Mutianyu. In December, we will arrive late at night in Beijing then have the whole next day until our flight leaves at 9:00 pm. Those three places are exactly what most interests me. Can anyone give me information and/or a contact? I know it would be a tight schedule, and if traffic is bad on Saturdays in December that would make it even more difficult, but we would coordinate with as best we can to achieve it. The group mentioned was "Jack's Beijing Tour" and I didn't see such a website. Thanks for any help!
