This shops is really tiny. They have a really small collection of uniquely designed good quality T shirt selling for RMB150 each. The stuffs are friendly and helpful. However given the small collection and limited variety of wares, you should drop by only if you happen to pass by.

Finding this shop was a bit challenging but we prevailed and it was well worth it! An earlier reviewer said it was a bit pricey but I think for the quality of the merchandise it was right in line with what US prices would have been. The manager of the small shop couldn't have been nicer and we really like... More

The shirts are clever, irreverent, and stylish. Not your typical "I <3 City" fare. Since all the shirts have at least some Chinese on them, they have a helpful photo album of all their merchandise that explains the shirts and translates the Chinese. The first time I went to the shop, I was the only customer and got fantastic service.... More

Yes, the t-shirts cost more than the crap at every souvenir shop in Beijing, but I have shirts from years ago and the prints are still vibrant. Quality! I still get comments every single time I (or my boys) wear them. Love the shop and the woman who owns it. Love the vintage laquerware inside. My son is wearing his... More

Plastered t-shirts is very Beijing: the designs are fun, hip and often rude (very much like the Beijingers themselves!!). This is a must see shop for those looking for an alternative to the pap souvenir "I went to Beijing" t shirt..

If you want a really nice t-shirt, sweat or hoodie that goes beyond the normal fake or mao-inspired or made for tourists only kind of thing.... then plastered 8 is the place. T-shirts with prints of traditional Chinese signs, symbols, pictures etc in high quality

A great little shop with a limited range of original tshirts for sale at high but reasonable prices (149rmb). They also have shoes, stickers and key rings etc. Friendly staff as well. Visit to pick up sonething that is not mass produced crap.

Cool shop in the best shopping Hutong in Beijing! No bartering alliowed only drawback. They also could stock some of their old stuff so there is a little more variety.

My husband and I loved this store so much we intend to go back and revisit. Quirky t-shirts at very reasonable prices. The store is in the middle of a very busy hutong with lots of little curio shops at reasonable prices.

Plastered is a good place to buy some interesting t-shirts. There are a few places like this in the big cities in China and Plastered is up there with the best of them. Check it out if you need to upgrade your wardrobe.
