Really nice club with a good jazz band and outdoor patio bar. Only problem was the drinks were overpriced and I think fake. As after having a couple I was very nauseous. You have been warned!

This club was good, very international feeling, nice music, not too loud, I was going there almost every night but is closed now so don't waste your time, no more champagne.

This was my favourite haunt in 2006-2008. A few warmers at the lovely little Souk Bar down the street (remember that place?), then into Suzie's by midnight. The place would be pumping with a hotch potch crowd of expats, local Chinese and models. Some excellent DJs were on offer back then and it was the best night out in Beijing - China Doll and White Rabbit were just pretenders in my book.

Going back there after 5 years all I can say is what a letdown. Not that it seems worse in terms of staff or music. The crowd has gone. People have left Suzies behind.... where are they now?

I used to like this place a lot but it has lost it's charm.
Bartenders are a joke. Drinks are very bad. For instance I ordered a bloody marry and I got a glass of tomato juice for 50RMB. They did even bother to add tobasco sauce, forget about alcohol! Even a shot of vodka gave me the impression that the drink was diluted.
The show was so poorly organised that it became boring to watch it after 5 min. Staff attitude is not nice, especially the 'stage master's'. He definitely believes he is a super star.

It was my last visit to this place - never again.

A Chinese friend invited me and to be honest was a quite disappointing .
The atmosphere was ok and the music also ,but the service was horrible ; first bartenders they are not consistent , I order a Martini and the first was almost melted and the second one too strong without mention the waiters look like guards looking all the time at you with a incriminating face, never an smile, the place really invite to don't come back .

every time i come to beijing , i will have a drink in this place . You have quiet place for people who want to chat and discuss and also noisy place for dancing . J aime beaucoup cet endroit je le recommande a tous les francais de passage , la terrasse est tres sympa en ete .

The waitress is not honest. I ordered one food and she gave me another one, but told me this is the right one. This restaurant may overcharged you as well.

The boss's wife may charge tips in a mandatory way.

The food is so tough that you cannot eat it.

It’s spice food. No matter you like it or not, they will force you to eat.

The restroom is very dirty.

But I was dragged there by a stewardess birthday party I meet at another bar, so I cannot give a very low rating.

It had been a while since I was in Suzie Wong, and indeed the staff and clientele has changed. Meaning I did not recognize anyone.

We had three bottles of Champagne. Two staff stayed right next to us, at first I was impressed by the quality of service but it did not take long before I realized was these guys were here for : They were bottle emptiers. Their goal is to empty your bottle as quickly as possible so you can order another one. They fill in your glasses every time you take a sip, sometimes they even take the glass away from your hand, without asking you anything and refill, even if your glass is more than half full.

Maybe the owner should give a F&B training to the B-Boy working as a GM over there, so he could train his staff to be a little more subtly mannered.

What do you think your clients are ? Milking Cows ? Or some kind of goose you can stuff and then show the bill ?

Well guess what ? The milking cow is going to feed in another field !

You all missed a great party! The era is over. The party has moved on. Great house music, good service, decadent setting, a great roof deck.
