Qingyan Stone Boat is great marble boat on the lake and is actually located at the summer palace. You will take great pictures with the boat as background.

This boat was made for the empress. It’s marble!!! Goes nowhere and sits in the water. You cannot go on it. BUT it is still worth the walk thru the summer palace grounds to see.

Interesting, but not much else to see; take a photo and move on to enjoy the walkway with the paintings. Nice bit of history.

Lying on Kunming Lake in the Summer Palace, this stone boat can be viewed from the Long Corridor. Visitors are not allowed on board so its only photography at a distance.
