We booked a private cooking class with a market visit and a condiments lesson beforehand. It was really a great experience with a professional chinese chef and a passionate owner! We asked for some special dishes (squirell fish, braised chicken & vegetables) which we were trained - it was good fun and we are looking forward to try the recipes... More
