We arranged transportation to the Great Wall with Ray Tour a day before our trip. We experienced fast and good communication over WeChat, in English. Because of the central location of our hostel, the driver was unable to reach us in time, but we were informed well during the wait. Perhaps next time this can be coordinated better in advance.
Our driver Lee did an awesome job, showed great enthusiasm and hiked along to first bits to show us the way to Jiankou. We were even given a phone to contact him afterwards for the pick-up.
We would definitely recommend Ray Tour for trips to the Great Wall!
