We were picked up right on time in Beijing and taken to Gubei Water Town and he Great Wall at Simatai. The driver was professional and courteous. He returned two days later to take us back to Beijing. Overall a very nice experience.

Our driver Mr. Li met us right outside arrivals, was so easy to spot him with the orange side with my name on it. He was very professional, helped us with our bags and exchanging money, and drove well! Would use this service again!

Arranging anything in Chine when you cant speak the language is never easy, so I was so relieved to have found Mr Orange. We needed a transfer to an airport hotel. Sophia from Mr Orange arranged an excellent driver for us, and gave us clear instructions where he would meet us. The car was great, and we arrived at our hotel in good time. The driver carried our bags and made sure we were in the right place so we weren't left stranded. The pricing is in dollars and may be a bit more expensive than you could arrange if you had wechat and local knowledge, but for us, the piece of mind and excellent service was worth paying for. Would use them again.

So convenient and such great service. If you’ve got more than a rollaboard or if you’re traveling w/ others this is the way to go. Unless of course you’re traveling at rush hour.

I used Mr. Orange Transfers & Tours twice for a recent trip to Beijing. After a very long flight, arriving in the evening, it was wonderful to be met by a private car and driver. I didn't need to worry about whether I was taking a "legitimate" taxi, nor did I have to worry about lines/crowds. The driver, Mr. Li, did not speak English, but was on time, easy to spot and kind. He offered me water, took my bags and came into my hotel to make sure my check-in went smoothly. I couldn't have been more pleased. I used Mr. Orange a second time, transferring from Beijing West Railway station to my hotel in Beijing. I had the same wonderful experience. I easily spotted Mr. Wu amongst a massive crowd. He transported me quickly to my hotel and with much kindness. Again, both drivers did not speak English but they took great care transporting me safely to my destination and with a smile. I highly recommend this transfer service - especially if you are a first time traveller to China. Although more money than a taxi, it was wonderful being "looked after" after a long day of travel and having no worries about whether you were being taken directly to your hotel or perhaps the "long way around". $33.00 for one person was quite reasonable for the peace of mind and certainly a lot cheaper than the transfer service offered by the hotel. Thank you Mr. Li and Mr. Wu.

I booked a round trip from Beijing airport to my downtown hotel. Easy booking process, i received confirmation emails for each of my bookings. Our driver, Mr. Li was very courteous and professional and most importantly very punctual. I would definitely booking again, highly recommended.

Easy to organise online, very quick reply. We used Mr Orange for transfer from Tienjing International Port to Beijing with visit to Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven on the way, then they dropped us off at out hotel in Beijing. We also organised our train tickets from Beijing back to Tienjing train station and were met at the station for our transfer back to the port for our cruise. Very clean, new vehicles and careful drivers. Our only complaint, was the meeting point with the drivers for both pick ups were not communicated clearly by their office. We follow the instructions where to meet the drivers but both times we wasted a good 15 - 20 minutes walking around to find the drivers as they were not where they should be with the signage of our names held up. We recommend them but beware that free wifi is not readily available to use WeChat to find where the drivers are waiting for you.

We are arriving at the Tianjin cruise ship terminal on October 21. We arrive at 0800 and I am told we can plan to leave the ship by 0900. Can we arrange to be picked up and taken to Beijing Hotel Nuo Forbidden City? When can we plan to arrive at the hotel. We are two adults with little or no luggage.

Orange Transfers picked us up at Beijing airport and took us to hotel. Then we joined a sightseeing tour to Great Wall at Mutianyu (about 2 hrs + drive from downtown Beijing ) the next day. I think you have to contact Orange Transfers for the price from airport to Great Wall and vice Versa. It also depends what time you are arriving Beijing, it you run into traffic jam, it takes an extra hour.
