Susie met our party of 6 as we arrived in Beijing for 4 days. She was delightful, punctual and very knowledgeable in showing us her city. She was young and refreshing and was very personable. Was very easy to converse with and make suggestions on things to do or places to shop.

Best use of our time while touring with an excellent guide. I was impressed with the proficiency of our tour guide, Susie.
We were picked up at 8:30 am sharp by our guide, Susie, a lovely sociable young lady, who spoke fluent English. Susie had each of our days mapped out and received us with various amenities: besides the transportation on a pretty comfortable automobile conducted by a dedicated driver (who did not speak English, though), we had free cold water and even WiFi while driving, due to Susie's own initiative.
Having signed up for a private tour rendered us the opportunity to receive Susie's full attention (and lots of it!), while being driven through Beijing streets to our tour spots. We visited the most notable tourist attractions in the city and later drove to one of the best spots of the Great Wall where a cable car exempted us from having to climb some 800 steps or so. All entrance fees, tickets and related exertion (attraction personnel only speak Chinese) were handled by Susie herself as we waited nearby under a shade. Through her resourcefulness, she actually came equipped with out-of-the-ordinary passes that sometimes saved us from long cues or allowed us to either be dropped off very close to our visiting spots or afforded us convenient parking spaces. These aspects seemed due to her enterprising nature. While visiting historical sites, we were delighted to see that Susie had just as much knowledge about ancient facts, chronology and related anecdotes as our thirst for it required.
Susie's willingness to take pictures with my camera made our stay all the more memorable as I now show up on most of our photographic mementos.
While giving us space to enjoy each attraction at our leisure, she was ever so present whenever a question popped up. Oh, and we loved the fact that NOT ONCE did she entice us to any (tourist) stores while recommending shopping areas or marketplaces for our off days.
In summary, our entire experience was a very positive one and I would recommend their service.

Why Gerry?
1. for excellent photos! - gerry met us at the brickyard hotel for our mutianyu great wall tour. His english was perfect! He knew exactly the right times to go so we had photos as if we booked a private tour of the great wall to ourselves. Just my family with the whole stretch of the wall behind us.
2. For professionalism - gerry was always at the lobby already when i came down. (which meant he must be at least 15 mins early)
3. For the best lunch reservations - Gerry introduced us to the best hot pot meal (i mean super long lines when we exited - no lines for us) and the best organic restaurant. No additives and cooked in front of you but chinese style! simply unforgettable meals.
4. For private explanation - i love asking random questions about culture, history, and he was never condescending when i asked silly questions. He had humour, personal experiences to share and a good knowledge of chinese history.
5. For friendship - he is the type of guide whom our family got to know well in 3 days and we are itching to travel china again with him as our guide.
oh.... and i forgot to mention, our car was spotless both inside and outside. I'm a stickler for CLEAN. Both the driver and Gerry were clean, with good hygiene and ready with all things we may need. Water, tissue etc.
(we booked a private tour and was able to see so much more) - forbidden city, summer palace, mutianyu, cable car ride both ways, zoo, temple of heaven, olympic stadium, and even the hotung alleys. everything was simply perfect! Having a good guide meant experiencing beijing the first class, hassle free way!

Me and my husband had two days in Beijing, and we were really very lucky to have Susie as our guide.
Her English is very good, her general knowledge along with history knowledge is perfect.

We had a wonderful time in Beijing last summer with our guide Ellen. She is enthusiastic and went above and beyond to make the experience for my children and I special. We especially enjoyed visiting the Great Wall at Mutianyu and riding the toboggan slide downhill. We also enjoyed riding the paddle boats at the Summer Palace and visiting the Forbidden City. My 12 year old son who just studied China in school remembers the details and history Ellen explained. She did such a great job of making it a wonderful experience for them too. It happened to be my birthday during the trip and she gave me a lovely cake and we went to a Chinese acrobat show too that made that day so memorable.

China Beijing Tours was a great experience. Our tour guide Susie, was truly amazing. Well spoken English, she knows how to explain everything when it comes to site-seeing in Beijing. She takes her time, and with her knowledge she can answer all questions we had. But above all, she is a very nice and kind person, and she gave great tips on where to enjoy fine local cuisine! I can warmly recommend China Beijing Tours, and when going with them, make sure to ask for tour guide Susie.

Thank u china beijing tour for ur very accomodating staff since me and my wife dont know how to speak mandarin still we really enjoy our trip there because of the english speaking tour guide and also the excellent driver they explain to us detail by detail all the historical places that weve visited. I already recommend u guys to my friends because they also planning to celebrate their wedding anniversary in china. From TANGALIN couples thank u so much this tour is the best among the rest!

I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. Our local guide was knowledgeable, funny, and polite. She managed our small group very well and she always gave us clear and professional information about the places we visited, the interesting local culture, and some famous local restaurants. our driver was also very good that he was patient with bad traffic that he never beeps the other cars. I love every single place that on our tour, especially the Great Wall! it is a MUST SEE place!!!! And the food in Beijing was the best of best!!! thanks to our guide's excellent recommendation, otherwise we would never find these local restaurants by ourselves!! overall, I love this trip!! it was amazing. 10 out of 10!!!

Ellen is very informative and she is very kind to show me around.i love Beijing and also I love the tour that agency arranged for me. I will recommend Ellen to be your tour guide. I have an unforgettable memory with her.she is very passionate and positive guide that I never met. And also Great Wall is very impressive for me. I was very excited to be there seeing the one of seven wonders. The restaurant that closed to the wall is nice too. Wonderful tour I had in Beijing.
