If you are in Beijing during spring festival you have to check out one or more of the city’s temple fairs. We took subway line 10 to pangjiayuan and walked from there about 15 min. The park was a lot bigger than we expected and it took a good hour to walk around. Lots of decorations, food stalls and shows like lion dance.
