We had a wonderful time at this center. I completed several PADI-courses here. Professional and friendly staff (Arnold Chard and others) makes diving with Buccaneers safe. Smart to bring seasickness pills for the boat dives.

Flippers, goggles and masks are provided and are of decent quality. We has the chance to visit three sites and saw a variety of marine life. The lagoon upon the reef... More

I contacted Buccaneer several months before we were to visit Zanzibar. I chose them based on the reviews here on TA, so I am paying it forward! Lauren Lees was fabulous in getting us all organized to dive and coordinate our equipment rentals, plus she arranged for us to be picked up at hour hotel in Jambiani. Our pick ups... More

There was an extra charge for this trip, as it's on the north end of the island. It was worth it! They arranged transport from our hotel (as it was not... More

Went diving again after a break of 12 years (!) and was happy to learn that i could do a brief refresher in the pool to go over some basics before heading off to open water. Our instructor Tim was professional and confident, with the perfect mix of humor and reassurance you want in a dive master:) The sea wildlife... More
