For our Safari we told Mr. Farid Sidik what parks we would like to visit, and within hours we received a fair offer with detailed suggestions, making optimum use of the 8 days, including a perfect selection of lodges and camps.
Daniel was our experienced driver and guide, always punctual, polite, well organized and very ambitous to take his guests to the best spots for viewing the wide range of animals, including - in our case - the Big Five.
It is gratifying to look back on this memorable vacation, with some valuable extra services by the company and regular phone calls by Mr. Sidik to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction.
We appreciated the pleasant contacts with Mr. Sidik and his staff, we always felt safe and "in good hands".
F. King Tours & Safaris is according to our experience a trustworthy and very competent company.

First of all... this was my 6 th safari in Kenya since 2005 and one of the very best.
The communication with Farid during preparations periode was perfect.
The places of our choise were booked by Farid without any problems and accomplished by Ashnil Lodge in Tsavo East witch turned out to be very OK.
Our safari took 6 days starting from Watamu. We went through Tsavo East to Tsavo West, then to Amboseli and Taita Hills. Our driver and guide Omar was absolutly amazing and could talk english and german (ofcourse swahili too) .
Toyota Landcruser was incredibly convinient for 4 of us and we could enjoy nature through an open roof as well as take pictures with switched off engine. This car mastered all dificulties of terreine and could take us to places unexesible for the others.
The total price was very honest and worth everything we got. I can realy recommend Farid and his organisation as truly profesional partner for any kind of safari in Kenya.
The last remark: the timing during aur trip vas perfeckt too ...no delays !!

We did a 4 day safari to Tsavo east, Tsavo west and Amboseli.
Communication with the company owner was very professional and clear and the price of the safari was much better than other companies.
Our driver/guide was Omar. He is the absolute best, very knowledgeable about animals, plants and birds. He knew the parks like the back of this pocket. He went out of his was to get us the best experience, even giving his bumver to park rangers to call him if they spot a rare animal. Thanks to this we saw a rhino on our final day and 'collected' yhe big five in just 4 days!

What a fantastic company, I had spoken to Farid via WhatsApp the owner over a two year period as the holiday kept get cancelled due to Covid. We have finally just returned from our 5 day safari. Our guide Omar collected us from our hotel early on day one and took us to meet Farid at his office. We had a lovely new jeep, we have been to Kenya 12 times before so knew exactly where we wanted to go, Tsavo East and West, Amboseli and Salt Licks,our guide Omar was first rate, he found us the big 5 plus the Africa wild hunting dogs which are so difficult to find, I had to show the other guides the photos to prove we had seen them! Farid called us half way through our safari to check we were happy and every thing was good. I would highly recommend this company the service is really first rate and would always contact Farid on return visits to Kenya.

Farid was very good at communicating with us (in the UK) by email & responding to our specific questions for a 3-day Safari to Ashnil Aruba Lodge (Tsavo East) and Salt Lick (Tsavo West).
We had a comfortable Land Cruiser Toyota jeep for 4 people
As discussed with Farid, we returned to Mombasa via a visit to the Akamba Handicraft Cooperative in Mombasa. The quality & quantity of wood carvings is outstanding. Also - they are fixed price - so no need to haggle! And they are relatively cheap.
The Safari guide & driver, Coleman, was very knowledgeable, polite and a good communicator. Couldn't ask for more
We would recommend F. King Tours & Safaris

I booked a 4 day safari with Farid for myself and 4 friends. All the details were arranged perfectly by Farid, we had been picked up from the airport on time and he took care of any requests we had. He also checked in with us throughout the trip to ensure its going well.
During our safari Hamisi our driver was great and had a wealth of knowledge about the wildlife we saw. Truly made our trip perfect. We booked a 4 day/3 night safari to tsavo east, west and amboselli. Farid had chosen amazing hotels for us, the food was great and little details such as the jeep always being kept clean and water stocked were just the icing on the cake.
We met some amazing people, saw the most beautiful wildlife and stayed at great locations. Truly a memorable trip and country. Thank you Farid for organising this superb trip. Definitely reccomend him!

Our best recommendations for F. King Tours from our three day trip to Tzavo. Our driver was very friendly and we had interesting conversations about Kenya in general and of cause the animals we saw during the safari. Ordering by email was easy and convenient, with appropriate information from the time we booked until pickup at the hotel. Payment was in USD cash or by credit card with a small payment fee.

We have been on Safaris with F. King already many times, however the CoVid pandemic unfortunately caused some break ;-|
But now, as the first chance after it, we had a great 6 nights Safari again, from pickup in Nairobi to Masai Mara, then Amboseli and the Tsavos towards Hotel at Diani Beach.
Everything perfect as ever all the years before, great organisation by Farid, nice and competent drivers (even for birds)
Furthermore exciting views of animals, e.g. in Masai Mara Lions on the tree, leopard, cheetah mama with four nearly adult childs, and even a real "free!" Rhino.
And in Tsavo West close to Ngulia Safari Lodge a full pride of around 20 hunting dogs (very rarely to see them)
F. King is (and remains) the choice for us, to organize exciting and real individual Safaris. All can be planned and agreed beforehand via E-Mail and performance is perfect.

100% satisfied! Not knowing much about Kenya and safaris I was a bit stuck with many questions. I contacted multiple organisations but the only one that responded personally with complete and detailed information was F. Kings Tours & Safaris.
He created a safari completely suited to my needs which was 5 days/4 nights in Tsavo East, Tsavo West, Amboseli and Taita Hills.
Not only was F. Kings Tours and Safaris the most friendly and helpful, they also offered the best price!
The car (Land-Cruiser with pop-up roof) was amazing just as the chosen lodges. Of course what completed the safari was our driver Kassim. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable person and because of his extra effort, we were able to see all the animals we wanted to see. He really went the extra mile for us and his service. Highly recommended both driver and organisation!

We absolutely loved our 4 days private safari (Amboseli, Tsavo West & East). Farid who was my contact from F.King has been very helpful organizing the entire trip, thanks to him we had really nice rooms in the lodges. Hashim, our safari driver was very friendly, always making sure to take us to places where we got to see more animal species and provided us with lots of interesting information. We got to see the Big Five and loads of other animals! Not to mention the beautiful surrounding we were driving around. Safari price was also very competitive to other tour agencies. Highly recommendable.

You may need to contact them via their website. They were really good when we used them, they arrange accommodation for you on safari and then drop you off in Mombasa if that is what you want. They also picked us up from the airport at the start of our safari. Fully recommend

2) what sort of price for a 5 day safari including accommodation for 2 people?

This company were really good. They picked us up from the airport, took us in private jeep on 5 day safari and then dropped us off at our beach hotel. Can't help with cost as it was all paid for as a total package including flights and beach hotel but they were very helpful and I am sure they would be happy to give you a quote (I recommend Saltlick and Kibo lodges). We went at the end of August and saw lots of animal activity

Can you give me a rough idea of the costs of various length safaris?I would love to visit Kenya again and see more went to the safari park on the outskirts of Nairobi for a half day tour but would love to see more elsewhere I would possibly be a solo traveller but don't mind being part of a small group
