We were in the Northern Serengeti where we had our balloon ride. We signed up for this 'once in a lifetime' ride at a cost of $500 US per person, 2000 US dollars for our family of four. Totally fine if the experience was memorable, but it was only memorable as a complete waste of money. To begin with, we... More

A dawn hot air balloon ride over the masai mara followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush is not something you do every day. It was an amazing experience and we never felt unsafe with our great Kenyan pilot. The views are amazing, albeit you won't see the animals well from such a height, but you'll have seen them... More

Nice but not exceptional. The view of the sunrise from the balloon is great and so is the landscape. The animals are tiny though, so don't plan on any fantastic photos of them. Our trip lasted 1,5 hours, a little longer than usual, and we have a smooth landing. Only a couple of minor bounces. Good Turkish pilot and excellent... More

We were on the 8th night of a 10 day safari when the idea of a balloon ride was suggested to our group while staying at the Lemala Kuria Hills. We had a pretty large group (7) but after some debate about availability and price ($550 each due to new VAT implementation), we decided to go for it. After a... More

A unique experience, a once in a lifetime that cannot be missed. You have to wake up very early to drive down to the balloon camp site before sunrise. After clearing security, you wait and watch as the balloon is set up for the flight that takes you over the Mara river changing altitude as animals are sighted. It's a... More

We made the long drive from the northern Serengeti to central catch the balloon safari at dawn on October 12th, 2015. Our pilot Nihat was so cool with his aviators and had the utmost control of the balloon which was a tad unnerving in the beginning. But the entire trip played out exactly as he said it would confirming his... More

An amazing experience, flying over central Serengeti at dawn for an hour and afterwards enjoying a champagne breakfast in the middle of the bush, very well done and great fun.

Having been recommended to do a Balloon Safari by friends, when given the opportunity to do it we went for it. The cost of $450 each is quite expensive however if you can afford to stretch your budget I would recommend it. It starts with a very early morning, we got picked up before 5am to drive to the place... More

We had big dissapointment with the balloon experience this company sold to us. First, we did not were picked up at our camp by anybody from its organization as agreeded but our own private guide. The excursion area was not the most interesting or beautiful in the park. If it has been we had enjoyed some incredible views in the... More

As a tour operator based in Turkey, I have visited so many countries but Tanzania is one of the places I want to go back again and again. When we have decided to go to Tanzania with friends, we had an adventures soul. We had some ideas of what to expect to see but our experience is difficult to explain... More
