Nice open market concept with everything to eat and shop available. Major issues with parking and they even give some of the vacant spots for promotion. I have spent atleast 15 mins just to park my car.

Diamond plaza in Nairobi is must visit place for Asians , we found too many eating places for Indian and other Asian Cuisines, also lot more shops for all kinds of shoppings. Grocery Clothes Shoes Electronics Bakery everything is available at fair price. You will feel like any Indian City Market.

It was really dirty, food area is really unsanitary and hectic, parking is a nightmare, management are a bunch of arrogant rude c##ts that are clearly on a power trip. You'd rather visit the Sarit centre or Westgate mall that are a few minutes drive away. I HIGHLY do not recommend this place.

Parking even for a 1 min will cost you half Dollar ( Rs 35/-).
I parked my car & I paid half Dollar for 10 minutes. Removing my car took 16 minutes due to parking traffic & I was told to pay another half Dollar.
Parking company employees are Useless and they are Scared with Owner of Diamond Plaza.
Please go Westgate Mall and you will have free parking.
Go to On the way free parking.
Go to Chandrana Food Plus Ngara, parking free.
Go to Bhagwan ji Masari Road, parking free.
Go Amani Plaza, Parking free.
Even go to Sky Mall free parking for 15 minutes.

I am British citizen and came to see my relative in Nairobi. I went to Diamond Plaza and also visited Bank of Baroda. I had not seen such a wonderful customer service before. Branch Head Mr. A.Singh was extremely warm and carries deep knowledge. I was assisted very well. God bless entire team BOB. I was told that this bank and branch has a wonderful reputation. Their customer service is best in Nairobi.

I just visited Diamond Plaza and it was not to disappoint. There is wide variety of shops including two Chandarana supermarkets. There are also some excellent indian restaurants. I will definitely come back soon because I discovered a real fine.

I was recommended to sleep over at Dimond Plaza by Mr. Ali who was the manager at Bahari dow resort in Mombassa Diani beach. I first met Carol an excellent receptionist who made us feel at home. Thank Carol 😉. I love the food courts underneath the hotel which are in the same compound as the hotel. You can get all your electronics, gifts, masai souvenirs, food court, Indian sweets there. I'm definitely going back.

Diamond Plaza, though not the easiest to get to in Nairobi, has lots of great small shops in it. Electronics, men's barber, green grocer, and much more. The green grocer in the parking lot area has good prices, better than Nakumatt or Zucchini's. Most prices are better than other mall stores in Nairobi. In the old tower building, there is a place called Blue Sky on the 6th floor that has a fantastic climbing wall! Toilets are horrible though throughout Diamond Plaza.
