I've always gone to Aromatic for normal massage but this time, I wanted to try something different. I had one of the packages consisting of dry body brushing, lymphatic massage and steam. The feeling after was amazing. I left the spa totally a different person, rejuvenated. Valerie, double thumbs up!

As someone who has had reflexology regularly over the years and found it to be very beneficial for my health problems I have to say that the reflexology treatment from Chris was the best I have ever had. He was thorough, and very knowledgeable and knew how to apply just the right pressure. I even had a complementary neck, shoulder and upper back treatment. I rolled off the couch feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Very useful too that the treatment highlighted the problem areas in my body that still need work. Overall it was worth every shilling and really helped me. Highly recommend it!

I have been to the spa previously last year and had a good experience. Recently I booked a massage, pedicure and wax and confirmed the prices on the website. Imagine my surprise when I went to pay and was charged 50% extra for all services. I challenged this and was told there had now been a 50% price increase but this price wasn’t reflected on the website nor were there any brochures available at reception. So no proof of the price increase. This is false advertising. I asked for the owner to call me back but there has been no response. I won’t be returning

I arrived in Nairobi after a long flight from London. I have long legs so am never good on planes. Feeling a little cramped and suffering slight knee, back and shoulder problems, I made an appointment for a hot stones massage on a friend's recomendation. It was incredible - really relaxing and loosened me up beautifully.
I'll start at the beginning. Aromatics Spa is located in an upscale Nairobi suburb and is set in beautiful gardens. The reception area is spacious and welcoming and the staff are on the ball. There is a great restaurant and a shop selling D'Vine products - these are all hand made in Kenya using natural ingredients, nut and plant extracts with some facial products containing additional Swiss made actives.
I was introduced to Fiona, a lovely lady who led me to the treatment room. Once I was ready Fiona set to work with an amazing massage which lasted more than 45 minutes and which left me feeling utterly revived and refreshed. The massage loosens you up and then the hot stones go further, using heat to relax knotted muscle clusters which are then manipulated even further to ensure you really loosen up.
Incredible. Well worth taking the time to visit for a treat if you're in Nairobi.

My husband and i went for a couple treat, We came out of there very relaxed. We experienced the steamed bath before the massage then we had a taste of the salin bath & the jaccuzzi, facial was done at the Beauty section.Manicure & Pedicure are done there. Tiramisu Bakery was handy for their freshly squeezed orange juice and the apple pie is so good (y) A must try their "High Tea" : sounds good at very reasonalble price ! We went after to Cheka have light & simple lunch, a Japanese cuisine. Very reasonable priced as well. The surrounding @ Aromatics spa is very serene !

I always go to the aromatics spa because they have the right expertise in the spa field. The atmosphere is quite serene and blissful. I have gone for their facials, body scub, pedicures and Swedish massage, and each one, has its own enlightening experience. Tina pampers me with her skillful hands while doing my facial. Every time i go for a treatment, we end up trying a new facial. The spa has a good range of treatments for all skin types. I love the D'vine products that are used there as they are gentle to the skin.
I want to try their Reflexology soon!! Another Excuse to pamper me...All in All - Aromatics Spa is a MUST to visit.

After five days of hiking and climbing to point lenana (mount kenya national parc), our feet and legs needed to be rewarded for this spectacular achievement. Aromatics Spa took care of our lower body and provided a most professional and relaxing foot massage. You could really notice that the masseuses are properly educated and having the knowledge to treat u well. The Spa is easy to acces from the city center of Nairobi, the nice atmosphere, decoration and the physical distance of the crowded city center, makes this spa a really serene place to be at. I Still remember the smell of incense and the taste of the nice fresh ginger tea.
Thank u for the nice memories! Greetings from the Netherlands,

Yvonne was my therapist. I was surprised by how professional she was. She was very knowledgeable about anatomy. She was able to give me possible explanations as to why my legs and buttocks were aching and also gave me advice about stretching and strength training. She spent a full 90 minutes on me and even did some deep foot reflexology. I highly recommend Aromatics Spa. I will definitely go back while I am in Nairobi. I've had three other massages here from different places and I prefer Aromatics.

I came to Aromatics on my vacation, normally I go to Spa's in New York where I work, however, this was highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. My therapist Tina gave the most wonderful facial and laser treatment. The whole setting of the spa was very relaxing and she did an excellent job to ensure I was satisfied with my treatment, additionally she advised me on how to treat my skin after my treatment. Within a few days I could really notice a change and glow in my skin. I will definitely be back!
