We were fascinated by this attraction, but a little disappointed. The admission is only $10, which we were surprised at, but it became clear why after we experienced it. As you enter there is a nice gift shop on the right and then you get in a line to go up some stairs to a circular balcony. It is just... More

A Giraffe Kiss and Feeding of Giraffes is one of the most exciting experience i have had at the centre. Always avoid peak hours(12-2) when everyone else is around. The giraffe facts are interesting...you might want to learn a few in the hall where a talk is presented. Its good to purchase the paintings done by the kids to support... More

This place offers a unique experience giving visitors the chance to interact with giraffes in the own habitat, if you are lucky, you might even kiss a giraffe

This was a fun excursion just for the photo opps- it's cool to get so close to the giraffes. They were quite friendly and loved eating straight out of our hands. There's a small exhibit about the giraffe species that takes about 5-10 min to get through, depending on how much you want to read. Spent about 40 minutes here... More

It was nice to learn about all the different specifies of giraffes. But the highlight is getting to touch, pet, feed and kiss a Giraffe. Get there early in the morning before all the tour buses arrive.

We left our days itinerary to our driver/guide Martin Maina and this was his firs choice arriving at 9am. No queueing, paid a small fee, and straight in where we were met by one of the specialist guides. Great explanations and content and action - two rescued giraffes at a time with the visitors - we fed them pellets described... More

This is not too far from the Orphan elephant rescue facility so you can do both in a half day or so. They have things a fairly organized so after you go through the gate...you line up and file past a staff member who gives you a handful of pellets...moving along...the giraffes know you're coming with food and are anxious...
