Best services. The 4 of us went on a 7 day safari to Masai Mara- Nakuru lake and Amboseli with this company, after safari, they were dropped off at a railway station to proceed to Mombasa. We saw the big five, even very lucky to have spotted the 2 elusive ones. (Leopard & Rhinos). Our driver was very keen,careful & really explained about almost everything even to an extent of knowing the botanical names of plantations. The office team kept on checking on us while were on safari, i really liked that the cared. We had the best safari ever! we highly recommend their services.

I had an eight days trip. Although there were a lot of changes due to the other folks not showing up in the end, African Breeze Team really handled it well. I was worried at the beginning due to the changes but the team was very professional. I have travelled a lot in the past but my trip to Kenya was the most amazing one I have done. Highly recommended.

I loved Kenya as a country. The safaris and the animals were spectacular. Unfortunately, I did not have the greatest experience with the tour company, African Breeze tours, and the booking agent, Cate. I was told day 1 that 2 of my hotels had been changed - 1 in Masai Mara because of new park regulations (which were actually changed in July but I was only told about it on pick up day). The other hotel was changed to fit in with other people’s schedules.
It wasn’t made apparent to me until I was on the tour that all the tour companies combine their clients’ itineraries to be more fuel efficient etc. My 3rd and 4th day were reversed to fit in with another couple’s itinerary. Because of this, a 3rd hotel was changed of mine and I wasn’t told until we arrived at the hotel. The communication was lacking which I found very frustrating, as did the other guests (on my behalf) on the trip.
On the last night at the last lodge, Cate messaged me asking that I pay the lodge $160 USD as her colleague had not paid the hotel for my stay. She said she would make arrangements for me to get cash back but the communication thus far hadn’t been ideal and our drivers didn’t always seem to know what was going on with everyone’s itineraries. So I said it was the responsibility of African Breeze to resolve and eventually they did.
I’d been disappointed with the lack of communication along the way with all the hotel changes and had requested a refund for the price differences of the hotels that had been changed as some appeared to be to a different standard to what I’d been told I was booked into. Following this request, I received various aggressive and unprofessional messages from Cate stating that I fell into the “bad tourist” category, that I was an “unkind” and “bad person”, and that no one would believe me in this review simply because of my request. I had to block her via email and WhatsApp because of the harassment. In all of my travels I have never once been spoken to and treated the way Cate has treated me and it is a real shame but I will NEVER be booking through this company again.

Maasai mara was fantastic. We experienced the raw presence of nature and ecosystem.Mr Dennis,our tour driver and guide took us to tremendous sceneries, offering vast and knowledgeable facts and experiences of animals, plants and even the indigenous community*(The Maasai).Was satisfied with their services!!!

We had an awesome time in our safari experience. Zac our guide was knowledgeable, smart, easygoing and helped us get the full Masai Mara experience. We really really enjoyed and we most definitely recommend African Breeze and especially Zac as guide. We shall visit again in the future!

The views were amazing. We got to take a lot of pictures. Seeing animals in out in the wild in their natural habitat was breathtaking. We got to enjoy some peace and calm and also the fresh air that is in Masai Mara. Overall we enjoyed the trip and can't wait for my friends and I to visit the place again.

Your review: Arrangement: Office team- thoughtful and responsive to our queries. They made itineraries based on our needs.
Accommodations : Sopa lodges and Camps are well facilitated with 24h hot water. So no worries about showers after games drives. All accommodations are cozy and clean.
Game drives: We visited all the parks as stated on the program. The highlight was watching the wild animals at a close range and it was really spectacular. Our guide Isaac kept on predicting where animals were and their route and you know what ! He was always right, so we took very beautiful pictures & closely.
It’s overall a great experience. Me and my husband we were satisfied about everything. Highly recommended African Breeze Tours Team!

We went on a 3-day trip to masai mara. It was really good! Jimmy was our guide and he did great! After a 6 hour drive we arrived in our camp and we did our first afternoon game drive. The next day we had a full day game drive where we were lucky enough to see the complete big 5 except the black rhino. Jimmy was telling a lot about al the animals we saw and he really made us feel comfortable.
If we ever come back to Kenya, we will definitely go for another tour!
