Very satisfactory experience in Kenya. The treatment received by Kobo Safari from arrival at the airport to return has been 10. Special mention for our guide Patrick who is a great professional and person. Always on top of our family, making the safari enjoyable, which in our case was 6 days, interested in why we saw all the animals in a perfect and close way and always with a smile. Punctual and professional, knowledgeable about his work. As for the Safari, we toured the entire country with various areas of Samburu, Aberdare, Nakuru, Naivasha and Masai Mara, seeing the Big 5 and much more including babies. To finish, we were seeing the Masai village, talking to its people and learning about their customs. In short, a family trip that we will never forget. A dream come true.

Incredible safaris in Kenya through the African sheet, Masai Mara, Ark hotel, Lake Nakuru, incredible views. Our driver was Kanyenje, incredible with what professionalism and warmth he conveyed to us everything about his culture and animal life. Super recommended

The best holiday of my life - an unparalleled and unforgettable experience and everything was more spectacular and special for the attentions of our guide. From kobo Safaris - Mr. Pedro Wangombe - did everything possible to make us live the best experiences of this trip - thanks to him we could see all the animals and even witnessed a hunt. If we return to kenia we would choose kobo 1000 times + .

Through the English Cut we did a safari in Tanzania with this company. Very bad organization. The first day leaves us a free afternoon in the lodge isolated and with nothing to do. The third day we made 7 5 h trip and then a 3 hour safari scarce when it was supposed to be noon. The worst part was that the next day we had nothing scheduled except the 2.5 h return to Arusha. We suggest you repeat safari the next morning and return to Arusha in the afternoon paying the corresponding extra and they tell us that they cannot and do not offer us alternative.
Totally, we waste a whole day doing nothing.
First time in my life an agency hasn't tried to fill your stay with extra excursions. On the contrary, you propose and they pass.
Organization without any sense because knowing the area now was very easy to do more things in the same time of stay.
I do not recommend this agency at least for Arusha especially because of the absolute lack of response to our proposals.

I did not take a tour with Kobo but my group saw one of their 4x4’s at Maasi Mara National Reserve on September 29, 2024. They were having a picnic lunch and their clients were feeding the birds. Not only the Kobo driver/guide did it stop this ILLEGAL behavior, we were shocked to then see the driver/guide joined in the feeding. We were so disgusted that we had to quickly drive away. Do not book trips with Kobo until they stop their unethical practices and start caring about the animals.

Very good in general terms but there was not a single guide for the entire tour but rather one met us at the airport, another at the first two hotels and another at the remaining two hotels.
That makes communication a bit lost. Ezequiel and Mololo on the Masai Mara excursion seemed very good to us, the previous two did nothing but drove very fast and with very little Spanish.
Already in Zanzibar, if Kobo was practically not there, he distanced himself from the topic and there is no guide in Spanish or anything, he just takes you to the hotel and that's it! I made calls from the hotel to receive tour information and no one answered!
So I suggest reinforcing the guides topic! in Spanish ,

A unique experience, all very organized and controlled. Great Kenya. The bad thing is that you cannot get out of the jeep at any time, either in the countryside or in the cities and villages.
The people who accompanied us at all times very attentive and pleasant. Everyone spoke Spanish.
During the 6 days in Kenya, the driver was a guide, a greeting to Muasia (I don't know if it's spelled that way), our guide in Kenya, who was 10!!!
Don't think animals look so easy, sometimes you have to drive miles to see something.
I would like to give a little advice to those who are thinking of taking a trip: if you are going to make a visit to a town do not forget to bring small school supplies or something for the children; I took school supplies and balloons! Oh, my God, I haven't seen happier kids. People in park hotels also appreciate all the clothes you leave behind. The guides too.
Para Kobo Safaris.

It really was a wonderful experience that could be enjoyed thanks to the impeccable organization of Kobo and all its guides: Ephraim, Kioko, Ali, the "cockroach" smile and I'm forgetting some names but they spoke perfect Spanish and had infinite patience with us. the thousand questions we asked them. True buddies while doing their job perfectly. Very skilled at driving, we were able to see all the animals up close. I congratulate you!

A great experience where everything came together to make it a trip of ten. Upon arriving at the airport, the Kobo safaris staff picked us up at the airport and Bernardo, a very friendly person, welcomed us to the country and gave us all the necessary information about our trip. The group that was formed with the rest of the travelers contributed to making our trip a wonderful experience. And a fundamental part of this group was Alan, our driver-guide. Alan is a person worth knowing. Kind, friendly, professional, never falling into excess, he made sure that our trip was the best possible, it would not have been the same without him.

A safari is a dream that few achieve, and doing it with the help of Kobo and with an expert, natural, kind, patient and fun guide like Mr. Humphrey Benjamin in Tanzania (Serengeti and Gorongoro), was the most extraordinary experience we have ever lived. .
It will be difficult to top this wonderful trip.
