It's not on the urban adventures list, but if you ask they can arrange it. They price of 80US each(me&my wife)inclusive of entry we thought was a bit steep at first. But after doing the 2 activities it was all worth it. The price is the same or dearer most places you look (some without entry included). Our guide Michael... More

My friend and I did the city walking "tour". I hesitate to call it a tour as the only thing the tour guide did was to walk around with us and provided next to nothing in terms of information about the city. I work in Nairobi and walk around town on a regular basis, I dont need to pay someone... More

I took a tour with Phillip at Hell's Gate. He was excellent company and a great tour guide. Some tour guides will leave you alone but he was a great companion into giving me ideas of regular Kenyan life. We also went to a local restaurant for lunch; food was great and clean. I highly recommend him if you want... More

My boyfriend and I took the Nairobi by Night tour on a Thursday evening and really enjoyed our time with our guide Phillip. We went to a local restaurant in the CBD called G&R Annex. He helped us order a range on traditional dishes. We would never have found the place or sampled the variety of food without his help.... More

I did a walking tour of the city center. It was a good way to see some of the main sights and get a sense of the middle, but my guide was not talkative and did not offer many details about the places we saw. He seemed nice enough, but he was not very knowledgeable and could not easily answer... More

The walking tour consists of walking from the meeting location to Uhuru Park, through the park, to the site of the 1998 American embassy bombing, to the National Archives, to the City Market, and to a local restaurant for local food. The tour with a short ride on the public bus to my hotel. Overall, I think the tour is... More

We were picked up an hour late as we booked at the weekend and no one had checked emails - the guy on the phone was very rude. However, when we did get picked up the driver was very nice. We went first to Elsamere which was good then to Hells Gate. The walk was more strenuous that I was... More

Catch the great view of the Nairobi City skyline at sunset from the top of Uhuru Park in Upper hill. It is stunning! I was amazed at the breathtaking view as I stood at the top of Uhuru Park and looked down on the city and its skyline.

Great end-2-end experience! Booked the trip online, got voucher/confirmation straight away. The guide was picking me up on time in the reception of my hotel (Kivi Milimani) and showed me around in central Nairobi. Very knowledgeable and approachable he was keen to answer all questions that I had. If you have a few hours to spare in Nairobi I highly... More

Nairobi Urban Adventures offer a five-hour walking tour around the city. Lunch at a 'typical' Kenyan restaurant is included. A local guide accompanies visitors (this tour can run with just one participant) around the main sights and gives info along the way. This is a great way to get to know central Nairobi and provides an excellent opportunity to ask... More
