Great price, great service and excellent attention to detail
Martin at Global Star Tours helped me plan a wonderful trip to the Mara where I took the opportunity to propose to my now-fiance. They helped with the booking of a suite in a luxury lodge, return transport and even a hot air balloon ride. We rode in a very well equipped 4x4 Land Cruiser, complete with an electronic cooler box (for the copious amounts of alcohol we drank) along with power sockets next to every seat for us to charge up our phones and cameras anytime we needed. Our driver, Sammy, went above and beyond by getting us super close to the animals (closer than any Safari driver I've ever rode with). Pricing for the trip was very fair (10+ years experience in E Africa so I know what things are supposed to cost). We paid through credit card and due to the current covid situation, Martin even made a special trip to my apartment in Nairobi to take payment privately. Martin went above and beyond to make sure there was a bouquet of roses waiting in the car upon pickup. He also packed us merch bags with Global Star shirts and hats to wear during our trip.…
