I was there with three other friends. Only two wanted lunch which apparently did not suite the waiter even though we bought coffee. The coffe had been spilled but they had not cleaned it up before serving it to me, and also the cup was dirty. Moreover the waiters came and took away the ketchup before we had finished and... More

We had our wedding in Masai Mara and as the raisin in the hotdog end we finish with dinner in this romantic and colonial style restaurant. In fact all did their best. Staff I mean. The issue is that nobody really cared about training and explaining the staff about what it means to work in a supposed high end restaurant.... More

This place is very special. The staff are extreamly attentive and the extras in service, make this restaurant superb. The food is a good price, and presentation exceptional. Complimentary bread roll/ bread sticks with butter is a great touch. The surroundings, in a garden and under trees is stunning, and it's peaceful and quiet. This place is amazing, really amazing........

Beautiful setting and delicious food. Set in a cool garden with many folk enjoying the setting and the buffet style foods of all varieties. We were with a safari group of 20 folk. Malay curries to BBQ meats were part of the selection along with salads that our guide ensured us were safe to eat. They wash everything in bottled... More

I have been here several times (after shopping at the Kazuri Bids) it is nice to relax at the Karen Blixen Coffee Garden and have a nice lunch. There are many great options on the Menu. Inform the Waiter on how you like your food so you get the correct one....

The outdoor seating in a beautiful garden setting was really nice. We opted for a hamburger which was probably a mistake because we wanted it well done and it wasn't. It took a long time to get the first one and even longer for the second one. Had I known the burger was as thick as it was, I probably... More

Tour guide very knowledgeable but it was difficult to understand (accent) and the combination of a rain downpour did not help. If you are familiar with "Out of Africa" it would be more interesting, (I have not read the book or seen the movie) but she is someone who improved the lives of those around her and this was her...
